The Yellow Door in Malahide

18/05/2025: Today we visited this place, looking for a quick bite to eat. We liked the decor and the menu. The staff are very friendly, young people. So, we ordered chicken a'la gyros and a burrito. Unfortunately, the food turned out to be a disaster. Everything was terribly salty — the fries, the tzatziki sauce, and the chicken itself. I truly hope this was just a misunderstanding and someone accidentally salted the food twice. We were very hungry and are not usually the complaining type, so we ate most of the meal, washing it down with iced tea, which was homemade and, in contrast, very tasty. Unfortunately, shortly after the meal, we started experiencing stomach discomfort. Sadly, we can only give 3 stars, and that's only because of the friendly staff and nice interior.

06/05/2025: New look which includes new menu and removed waitress service to make it a cost effective business has shown a decline in the standard of food being served and is overpriced.
