Thrive Coffee in Cork

Thrive used to be my go to spot, such a handy stop with the drive through in a prime location. It was always super consistent, and a bonus that they served Stone Valley Coffee. Over time though, I found consistency dropped during busy periods, with quality feeling a bit rushed and more focused on quantity over care. I have also had a few experiences where walk ins seemed to be overlooked in favour of drive through orders. I understand the pressure of a busy setup like that, but consistency and quality should always come first. I’ve stopped coming as a result, which is a pity as it has a lot of potential. With a bit more consistency, I think the quality alone would keep people coming back.

The staff here are lovely and the coffee is great. Brilliant set up with it formally being a petrol station it was a great way to reform the building into a drive thru coffee set up. You can walk in if you don't want to sit in the line and again staff are very friendly very welcoming.

Really good coffee - Stone Valley topped with O Conaill’s chocolate. Açai bowl was yum - crunch granola, fresh fruit and crunchy peanut butter. Will definitely be back.

Love it and have been going from start but lately I feel the taste is different maybe not frothed enough
