After a day spent out in the bad and windy weather it was nice to sit there, had a beer and food. Nothing much to see in Cobh, although it was worth stopping there. Nice views from the hill.

We had a delicious meal here ahead of going to the Titanic Experience. It wasn't very busy when we arrived but very quickly filled up. The service was fast & friendly & the food was excellent.

Bad service but the food made up for it. It was soooo good, honestly amazing! The restaurant could have had better theming, and taken more inspo from the Titanic.

The blonde girl on the door had an attitude and was extremely rude. The food was only lukewarm , when we went to pay we were being overcharged but the young chap behind the bar rectified that for us. A very old sign hanging on the door saying card machine is out of order, the sign was so old it was faded and curling at the edges!!! Overall very disappointing !

Amazing bar and Ambience at Cobh. Went here on a bright sunny day, enjoyed the walk at Cobh and dropped here for some chilled pints. Amazing ambience and what's even more better is their backyard with tables facing the sea, it was perfectly splendid.

Would highly recommend when visiting Cork. Had a beautiful dinner this evening, we had the fish and Chips and the sweet and sour chicken with a side of Crispy salt and chilli cauliflower and brocoli. Only about 10 mins from fota island resort- worth the travel. The building is steeped in history and overlooks heartbreak pier. The restaurant and outdoor patio over looks the bay and there's plenty of ships and boats coming and going so you certainly wouldn't get bored. I'd say the atmosphere is unreal on a Summers day which leads me to the service. We had a beautiful waitress called Summer who was there on work experience, she seems to have the front of house gift of the gab like her Dad Darren who kindly showed us around the historical building and showed us heartbreak pier and the history captured on the outer walls. Make sure to stop in, Darren and the rest of the staff will really look after you.

They have a varied menu, with all types of food and many Irish ingredients. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the wings, plus the portions are very generous and you end up quite full. The price is affordable, the quality-price I would say is the best because for €20-30 per person you eat a lot and well. The only thing I didn't like was the service, the waiters are very slow and careless, they didn't pick up our glasses or plates from the table and they kept piling up while they brought us more things, they also forgot the last order we ordered and we had to ask for it again. Otherwise very good.

The Restaurant at Cobh Heritage

09/10/2024: I ate a delicious cake there, Gurr, which is a cake with raisins...and I drank a cappuccino, which was very good, and the staff was helpful. The catering is in the form of a cafeteria.
28/08/2024: This is a small cafeteria in the Cobh Heritage Museum. Self-service. All Food homemade. I had a “spiced cauliflower soup”. Very fine taste. The seating is in the front part of the museum. It's a very nice atmosphere, bright, light-filled and spacious.

Supermac's

12/02/2025: Very good rating, because the ordered beautiful portion of cod and chips was surprising with its home-made taste. The location of the place of consumption (the seaside in the port of Cobh) is worth the additional fee. Visit in April 2024.
09/02/2025: Called in for a pre match snack
