On Street Parking is available, with Disabled spaces nearby, but as with all on street parking, you may not be able to park right at M&J's Restaurant However, it is more than likely you will get parked somewhere within the vicinity. This is a bright crisp airy cafe, with comfortable seating, there is a slight feel of a diner to it, with bench seating and Formica tables, but it is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and all in all, a nice environment to enjoy a bite to eat. The Service here is fantastic, Immediately upon arrival we were greeted, and handed menus before being directed swiftly to a table. Once seated you get to see the system that M&J’s have in place to ensure efficiency. The man who greeted us, manages the front of house, taking orders, and stands outside of the counter at all times, attending to customers. Our orders were taken, and repeated to the kitchen staff before they were written into the book, meaning our orders were on, in the quickest time possible. The order is handed out to the same man, who delivers them to the table, and when finished, the Delph is returned to a hatch at the far end of the counter for cleaning, and the cleaned Delph is then moved back down to the kitchen area ready for the next use. Very efficient, and streamlined, yet you do not feel rushed into finishing your food. Definitely one of the more efficient systems of serving food and customers that you don't see everywhere. The quality of the food was of great quality, and cooked perfectly. It would be nice if they had a few healthy options on the breakfast menu, such as Granola or Porridge, but when we enquired, he did politely respond that they had no such items available. Worth mentioning also, that we tried this place after seeing it featured on the Visit New Ross Facebook Page, and the comments were so favourable, it was certainly worth a try, and I'm glad we did
