First time I've used this Restaurant.The staff were friendly and efficient and it's nice inside with good seating. I wanted 2 portions of fish n chips to take away one small, one large but they only do large. The portion sizes were generous and the mushy peas were hot, however the fish n chips themselves did not taste great unfortunately. The fish didnt taste of much and the chips were not great either.. Maybe I just caught them on a bad night. The fish n chips on the ferry to fishguard were better. So, I can only give the food a score of 2 or 3 stars I'm afraid. Sorry about that.

The food is lovely. However the opening times need to be looked at. Was there at 1.35pm and Web says opens at one but it was closed. That's about the 4th time this has happened on a Sunday.

I haven't been to TJ Bellas in years as I moved but today as a treat for the family I decided to stop in. The food is amazing! It was always good food here but I was shocked at the level of cleanliness in the place. Amazing food, really lovely staff and the place is spotless! Definitely recommend if you're in New Ross!

The fresh cod is the best we have had from a takeaway in a long time it was really fresh. The staff were lovely.

Often drop in for snack box / dinner box , chicken is always fresh and tasty , chips already fresh and cooked perfectly , service is friendly and polite, and even when their busy it's still pretty fast ,and prices are bang on , and newly renovated dining and front area looks nice clean and modern, great job guys, see you soon

14/01/2025: Went here for dinner on a weeknight. The experience was fantastic, albeit very quiet in the restaurant (I’m sure it’s busier on the weekends) the food was fantastic. Everything was served promptly. The service from the waiters was top notch. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking to go out on a budget.
31/10/2024: Ate here on the bank holiday Monday at the end of October and it was extremely filling for the price we paid. The service was great, we were seated quickly, provided with free freshly baked bread and left with the menus. However, we did order a coke with our meal which never came but we were not charged for. Not sure if there was a staffing issue when we visited but there was only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant who was over about 8/10 tables that night. For 2 people we ordered a pizza, garlic bread, wedges and creamy chicken pasta with broccoli. All came out together, freshly cooked and were delicious. Overall an extremely satisfying restaurant with a good price point

21/11/2024: Up from Cork for a weekend and we were told that this place was good and it did not disappoint. Very friendly lovely staff and the prices were very reasonable even in this economy. Also a sitdown option which was very handy given that there was not much in New Ross generally. The munch box was the best option for me and very cheap with loads of variety unit.
15/11/2024: Great food great service friendly and welcoming staff lovely as always !!
