Torrinos Restaurant in Westport

2.5/5. We were looking forward to eating here after reading great reviews but unfortunately it wasn't a good experience for us. The restaurant wasn't very busy but there was a table of six ladies near us who were so loud that we couldn't hear each other speak. Service was slow but Lachlan did look after us well. There was a table next to us that was left uncleared for the whole evening. We had a prawn starter to share which was good. My husband had steak and veg which he was happy with. I ordered Carticco - seafood pasta. The seafood was ok although I didn't eat a few mussels because they weren't fully open. But the pasta was too thick and heavy. I make far nicer pasta at home all the time. I left most of it. Disappointing for our last night in Westport. Lachlan took it off the bill which we appreciate. I was going to try a dessert but didn't after that.

After hiking diamond hill at the Connemara np we had starters for dinner. Delicious. avocado and prawns, bruschetta, ravioli, and garlic bread Italian style. Mmmmmmm. Perfecto!

Looking for a Local Italian eatery. Very comfortable and family owned. All dishes are Freshly made with local ingredients, and fantastic seafood. Great pasta dishes. Nice wine selection. They make tiramisu and it was delicious.
