Good food and nice staffs but plain environment. I thought lamb cutlets would be a fried one but actually it's similar to US version of a lamb shank. I ordered a lamb shank but that's not what I expected.
The place is lovely, as is the staff, but the food simply didn't cut it.
We had the St Tola's Goats Cheese Salad and Asian Style Spiced Pork Belly for starters - both were way too sweet. Why they chose to mix something pink and sweet INTO the cheese was beyond me. The end result are starters that offer no complex tastes but just an overwhelming sweetness.
For mains we had the Sirloin Steak and the Medallions of Pork Fillet. Both were fine and enjoyable on their own, though the weird hash brown served with the sirloin and the risotto served with the pork were bad.
The rhubarb tart was class though!
Best restaurant by a mile...food stunning, service impeccable, I was feeling really ill from my trip and Natalia was so hospitable and just fantastic, highly recommend, just go❤️
We just had a very light lunch today. We had the seafood chowder. It was fantastically tasty. The atmosphere is very nice.
This is very nice place to stop by and eat.
05/08/2025: Fair play to Cathal behind the counter – absolute gent altogether. Quick with the order. Burgers were spot on, but it was Cathal’s service that made the whole thing. Top man
