Excellent service and great food, highly recommend the tiramisu! Will return next time we are in Galway.

Pizza was mediocre. Nothing to brag about but it was the shortest wait time!

Came here for a ragtag anniversary dinner with my fiancè. It was okay. We shared a pizza which was very yummy. I was disappointed that the waitress had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if they did anything for special occasions like anniversaries e.g. chocolate wiring on a desert plate. The restaurant was also very loud and small and had no cocktails but I was with my babe so we had fun anyway.

I went there few days ago and I am very satisfied as I have found a new place to dine in. The service is amazing,love the staff there. I definitely will come back soon.

We had such a fabulous lunch with our family here. The food was high quality, traditional and very tasty. Our waitress Joanna was above and beyond lovely to our kids and really made the meal a treat for us all. A proper Galway gem of a restaurant.

Pretty good meal but not great context... An employee changing in the restaurant, an employee unpacking a purchase... But good location!

Estuvimos en Magnettis con un gran grupo de amigos en 25 / 1 / y tuvimos una noche maravillosa. La comida era deliciosa - un menú muy variado - tuvimos entrantes increíbles, tuve un plato de pasta que me gustó mucho. El personal era muy informativo sobre el menú y muy atento a nosotros, maridaron vinos encantadores a nuestras comidas. Fue muy razonable y sin duda volveré.

Mi pizza estaba deliciosa. También mi sprite. La camarera era muy amable. A mi mamá le encantaba su vino. Lugar relajante para pasar el rato para el almuerzo.

I have dined here about 3/4 times over the last 3-4 years, always impressed with the delicious food. A few recent reviews regarding service caught my eye.... Previously we have always gotten excellent service, but this weekend we did notice a difference. It was a good 15 minutes after we were seated before we were asked for our orders (in this time no one came by with water, asked for our drink order etc). We tried to flag down a waitress and she brushed us off, which we were a bit unsettled by. The waitress who looked after us was polite and friendly, but she seemed really busy. The original waitress actually came back and apologised to us for not being able to help, because she was so busy. We of course accepted her apology, and I actually have a lot of respect that she took the time to apologise to us, and she really seemed genuinely sorry. Once we got out order in service was mostly up to par. I truly think this is an issue with them being understaffed/an issue with upper management. The place was full and there was only 2 waitresses and the host, there needed to be at least another 2 servers on the floor for the amount of customers. Overall, the food was amazing as it always has been. I feel bad for the staff as they are clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, which I assume is what has contributed to some of the negative reviews recently. I'm hoping that management can sort this, mainly so that their lovely staff are not working under so much unnecessary pressure. One star has been taken off for this, but otherwise this is a 10/10 restaurant for me that I will continue to visit

The food was incredible. But dining alone or maybe everyone, they were very unfriendly to the point I almost left but I had ordered an entree. The food was delicious though! I won't ever go back though
