Exceptional service and an outstanding wine and cheese pairing. We came with a group of 4 at the last moment and they made a whole experience for us.

My sister and I had SUCH a nice experience here at Trieste. The manager Barry was so kind and the food and wine were brilliant. The place is so cozy and all of the meats cheeses and desserts we had were delicious. Presentation was lovely. I highly recommend stopping by!

If you're tired of pub food, we highly recommend this place, which specializes in cheese platters, accompanied by a wide selection of wines for every taste. Everything was delicious, fresh, and high-quality. We highly recommend trying the Honey Flavored Goat. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. If you're in Galway, don't miss it!

We had such a lovely evening here, celebrating my birthday. The food boards were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, and everything was so enjoyable. A special mention to our host, Barry, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming and made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Would recommend 100%!
