This was our second visit to this pub with a group of students, the first being back in the summer of 2024. Once again, the organization worked well, from the welcome we received to the price we paid. The venue handled a group of sixty people without any trouble, and the pre-booked food at a fixed price arrived quickly. It got a bit chaotic at times, but that's fairly typical for an Irish pub of this kind. Overall, a positive experience, and one we'd repeat.
It was the second time I've brought a group of students to this pub, following a first visit in the summer of 2024. This time, too, the organization worked well, both in terms of the welcome and the price. The venue easily accommodated a group of sixty people, and the food, pre-booked at a fixed price, arrived quickly. A bit chaotic at times, but that's understandable for an Irish pub of this kind. Overall, a positive experience, worth repeating.

Brilliant ExperIANce.
First time visiting, decent bar food, good hum around the place, and cracking staff.
We went in to watch the rugby as past reviews heavily promote their TVs and screens, but like almost every other pub in the city they have the sound off and background music playing to attract passers by.
I think this is a huge opportunity missed as there is an upper floor that's split in two, and why it isn't used to show live sports WITH the sound is a mystery. There is a great opportunity here to advertise live sports with the sound on, as this is so hard to find in the city centre.
Anyway a big shout out to barman Ian who turned the rugby on upstairs for us and turned up the sound as there was nobody else there. That didn't last long as people started to come upstairs to watch the World Cup in the opposite section of the first floor.
Overall a great Dublin pub, but I think there might be an opportunity here to grow a more eclectic clientele. Thanks again Ian, you saved us walking around the city looking for a sports bar.

Met with friends for a quick bit after the mini marathon. Food was fab and 0% G&T behind the bar was a win for me as most bar tend to stock 0% beers only

The Brazilian waitresses are the only downside of the pub.

One good example of what it is a traditional Irish pub, where you can eat and drink and in the evening hear irish music.
