Tuskar Takeaway in Ballygeary (or rosslare harbour)

Fantastic food, not greasy and big portions. Battered sausage was savage and not greasy....also tried Taco mince fries, chips and fish...all excellent..Best place we ate in wexford.

A hidden gem in Rosslare. I had a fish goujon box - amazing fish and chips. Came with tartar sauce, mushy peas and a wedge of lemon.

Well, I wasn't expecting that. Put order in for takeaway 10 minutes, wait no issues for freshly cooked food. When it turned up, it was amazing. All boxed with mushy peas, tarte sauce, a slice of lemon and a plastic fork ready. In bag salt and vinegar. Loveky melt in the mouth fish, which wasn't overly battered and a sensible portion of chips. Rosslares hidden gem. I've been using the port for years and never knew it was there.

We ate at Tuskar takeaway on our recent family holiday to Wexford. The food is absolutely outstanding… we ordered a double quarter pounder, chicken kebab, kids burger box, kids poppin chicken box and kids fish goujons box. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was ready when they said it would be. We sat outside at the picnic tables and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. The portions were very generous and the fish in particular was exceptional. Total bill came to €45 which worked out at under €10pp They also had a little water caddy for dogs which our pup was delighted with. All in all 5 stars 🌟 not to be missed

Typical fish & chips place. They also have other fast food (burgers, chicken, etc.). Everything is freshly prepared and very tasty, with large portions.

Best fish and chips in Ireland if you’re in Rosslare you have to eat here or you’re definitely missing out!!

We got fish meal deal for 2 adults with mushy peas and sauce just stunning so fresh and gorgeous chips two teens got kids popcorn chicken large portion and they loved it bigger kids got teco fries with mince this went down so well Definitely will return really good value too thank you

Amazing place , ideal for when your just off the ferry , all fresh hot food and lovely staff to go with it . Stopped to have dinner before travelling back to the UK

I recently the Tuskar Takeaway, my first time in a long time. We picked up the some fish & chips. The fish is whatevers available on the day, the chips prepared daily & accompanied by a little tub of mushy peas and tartar sauce. The fish had a thin yet crisp batter, the flesh flaked easily & was cooked to perfection. The homemade chips with tartar sauce was really tasty & my dad enjoyed my mushy peas. I would definitely recommend this takeaway & hope to visit again very soon.

Beautiful dry chips and the fish is fresh and delicious comes with mushey 🫛 peas and tarter sauce with a slice of lemon staff are very friendly 😋 Will be back for more
