Twin Trees Hotel & Leisure Club in Ballina

Hi i arrived to the hotel with my family its our second time there in the past few months, and I will say I can't fault the place in anyway, on arrival we had nothing but respect from staff on both occasions very friendly attitude and also we went for dinner on Saturday night and absolutely amazing service a special thank you to Maddy and a waitress called amelia, very plesent and u can just tell from both of them they actually care about the customers and like to make sure the customers are very comfortable during there time there. We will be visiting the hotel again soon amazing atmosphere, also during breakfast time nothing but respect and genuine care from the staff .I would recommend a stay at the twin trees 💯 per cent food is amazing and also the swimming pool steam rooms jacuzzi very clean and well maintained Thank you to the management at the hotel for such a nicely run establishment and very respectfull staff 👍

Excellent array of classes in the leisure club. Particularly love the Pilates

Great place, nice staff. Polish girl on the reception and barman was very helpful and nice . They are made this place much more nice. Food was delicious, I recommended mussels, chowder and salmon. They are deserve for 5*. Thank you

Its got everything you need at a very reasonable price.

Arrived to the hotel to a warm welcome from the lady at reception. She was extremely pleasant and friendly. The hotel itself was getting painted outside and she informed me the whole inside of the hotel was getting redecorated, to my surprise as inside is very clean, tidy and not in a major need of redecorating. Our room had all we needed, slightly dated decor but again it was clean so we were happy! The pool was great for the children. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again especially with children as you are walking distance from a fantastic park and the town.

The hotel is so/so It is very outdated and rooms were kinda of grubby looking Staff is nice and the restaurant bar staff helped us out with cutlery You can't change the temp in the room and it was very hot. Would suggest looking at other places first if possible

Swimming pool is a nice experience

Called into the bar for dinner. The best food I have had in ages! Staff were so welcoming, excellent service!

A run down resort in need of a lot of TLC.
