They really looked after me. The reception called week before we checked in to say I can change my package to something cheaper and more perks (midweek deal). We got the spacious family room, one dinner, breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the pool at the leisure center, evening movie with popcorn and the kids gets to go for the soft play area. We definitely enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff, all the staff from reception, bar, restaurant and house keeping go out of their way to help you. Food is excellent and the menu is varied. Great leisure centre, safe for children. The entire hotel is very child friendly, they even have a soft play barn on site. We are back again this weekend, it's our go to hotel when staying in Mayo.

Went to the new play centre ripples and the kids had so much fun. It's a little on the small side but works well for what we used it for. Prices are what you would typically pay for a play centre. Staff were lovely and the place was very clean.

Admittedly, the hotel is a bit far from the center of Ballina (about a 30-minute walk from the train or bus station), but it's easily manageable with luggage without needing a taxi, which will cost you 10 euros for barely a kilometer!
We had a very comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were clean, very spacious and quiet, and the twin room had two large beds. Complimentary bottled water was provided.
We had breakfast once, and it was satisfactory.
The only real downside was that the pool and spa complex were under renovation after our booking, so we couldn't use them; we were notified by email well before our arrival.
I'm happy with my experience in Ballina.

Lovely stay here last week. Generous comfy bedroom and warm convivial staff. Excellent fitness centre. Beautiful location beside the brosna river. Will stay again and thank you.

Didn't stay in the Twin Trees but Mum and I did had a fabulous meal in Frogs Bar & Grill. We were celebrating her birthday and the meal was absolutely delicious & nutritious. We both were fully satisfied. It's newly decorated with gorgeous decor. Loved all the interior design especially the peacock wallpaper feature walls. All the staff and management were extremely friendly and efficient. And we got great service with a smile from our waiter Sean. The restaurant had a delightful ambience with a magnificent view from our table we could see the waterfall. 10/10
Thanks to all at the twin Trees Hotel. We're looking forward to a return visit already.
