Awesome! The best pub I've been to during our trip... the atmosphere is captivating, the decor is tasteful. The bartender is courteous and the place is clean right down to the restrooms... wide selection of beer 👍

Orchard House Bar

31/12/2025: Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay here. My room was absolutely spotless clean and overall lovely. It is a great location, 20 minute walk from the city, and close to everything else. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again :)
30/12/2025: Fantastic food . 5 mins drive from kilkenny city centre ( well worth the drive ). Great service 👏. Could I just recommend ( to the chef ) adding a roast potato to the roast dishes? Please don't change the stir-fry, it's 💯 % amazing. At least 3 separate dining/drinking areas +outside personal boots. I'll be leaving my hotel again next time to eat here . Also background music was fab 👌 .

28/12/2025: Super tasty food and great staff
21/12/2025: Had heard this place was lovely. But I was not expecting it to be my type of food. I got the beef bowl and my partner got the Christmas Sandwich after asking a member of staff for recommendations. I was blown away. Absolutely delicious couldn't recommend highly enough. Will 100% be back
