The food is great It's crowded The problem is the high price of the sandwich. I was surprised by the price of one sandwich, 10 euros 😳 .. Thanks to the restaurant owner who took the time to respond to my comment. I would like to point out that I was surprised by the price of a falafel sandwich in Ireland and not in your restaurant specifically. Because I am new to Ireland. I love Umi! The staff is so wonderful and the food is great and well priced.

I wanted to like this place. However, a recent order was tasteless and bland, the chilli garlic sauce tastes like neither, the vegan shawarma was tasteless too. They also mixed up order and I didn't receive a sauce or wedges that were ordered. Delivery place was useless and didn't help at all. The staff seemed nice but that's it.

Best restaurant in cork. Very good value and everyone is so lovely ♥️

I recently had a craving for Middle Eastern food after spending some time living abroad in that part of the world. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Hassan, who patiently indulged me as I dusted off my rusty Arabic. We had wonderful chats about his home country of Lebanon and all the beautiful places there. For lunch, I ordered the Fattoush Salad (gluten-free) and Hummus, served with gluten-free bread. Both dishes were fresh, flavourful, and absolutely delicious. The hummus portion was so generous that I happily took the rest home. The atmosphere was lovely — I sat outside in the sunshine, enjoying my lunch and the relaxed vibe. This place offers great value for money, warm hospitality, and mouthwatering food. Mashallah! I’ll definitely be back, inshallah. Shukran to Hassan and the whole team. A tonic for the souls who are looking for some authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.
