Verona Chip Shop in Athy

09/06/2025: We stayed in the accommodation overnight, Sunday 8th to Monday 9th June 25, arrived to be greeted at the bar by a lovely woman who showed us to our room and explain that breakfast on Mondays is off site due to the bar being closed. We settled in, had a pint and a fish by the canal, then went for dinner on site which was exquisite! Dessert was brilliant too. Settled into the bar with a pint and enjoyed the live music for a while before retiring to the room. I’d give it an 11 if I could.
