Good hotel in Waterford. Bit far from city center.

Very friendly helpful staff .. room 331 not very good if you need window open .very noisy aircon unit outside .but overall very nice hotel

Outstanding hotel , what a great welcome to waterford this hotel gives the lucky visitor. Starting from the really helpful staff at reception, the waiting staff at restaurant, the supervisor made sure service was fast but was supportive of the other wait staff , always a great sign. The spotless rooms, the fantastic food from bfast to dinners we had the best time and all for 1 night only unfortunately. I was with 2 young fussy teenagers and the enjoyed it so much. No pool here is a drawback but with tramore on the doorstep as such, no one is complaining! Genuinely, this is a gem of a hotel, my first time staying here, we will be back!!

Top class from the time we entered. Girls on Reception Mary & Nicola were superb ambassadors for the hotel and catered to our every request. The room was spotless and comfortable.......food in the hotel was second to none and exceptional value. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Attend training course on site in one of the function rooms excellent layout. Carvery lunch in the bar excellent service and food choice.

Myself and my partner stayed here in July we had a great stay there woman Nicola made our stay on arrival she asked if we’d been to Waterford before she then pulled out an attraction map and recommend places to go me and my partner where so grateful for her advice there so many hotels we’ve gone to and there not one but interested in going the extra mile the way Nicola did . The hotel was stunning we loved the fact we had a coach with a table to sit and have a cup of tea/coffee in the morning. We are a couple that love just hanging out in the room once we’ve finished exploring . And most hotels just have a bed or single seats to sit .the food in the restaurant is very nice the staff also willing to have a chat and joke with you . The only thing we found that we didn’t enjoy was the location it is 36 minutes away from the town and tramore so we spent a lot of money on taxis everywhere. So that’s really one to take in to consideration when staying there but it truly is a great hotel just wish it was in a better location . The chocolate cake do is very very dry.

Went to the restaurant and food was so good for all of us.
