Vintage in Kanturk

Unbooked, dinner on a friday pm at 7, fab dinner for 4, lovely welcome, great service, sea bass, vegetarian lasagne, roast lamb and a burger were the choices, each meal beautifully presented, tasty and appreiciated, 👏

This restaurant serves sumptuous meals! ❤️ It was our first time to be in this part of Cork. It is a bit of a distance from the city where we usually go and eat. It was kind of late lunch at 1500 and we never thought of finding a gem restaurant in Kanturk. We ordered chicken curry, catch of the day (seabass) and goujons for my Lo. I can't stop telling my husband how delicious their food was, left no crumbs. The ambiance is so relaxing and cozy. . . Everyone should try to dine in here. 😉 Not to mention the gentleman in the reception. ❤️

We had a really pleasant meal (1 pan fried fish,1 duck and 1 roast lamb) the staff were really cheerful and helpful. The environment has a vintage feel to it, hence the name of the resteraunt. I heard that they are in their 40th year, may they continue for some time.

Warm welcome, Steven, Pat & Waitresses great hosts. Valentines menu spoilt for choice. Food excellent. Ambient music.

Lovely hot lunch with home cooked taste. My turkey and ham was great. Service good too as they brought cream from the kitchen for my coffee

Had a really lovely evening here. Staff were very friendly and helpful recommending a nice wine. The food was outstanding. We both had roast lamb and it was delicious. Definitely will be back to try the rest of the menu.
