Wan Fu in Cobh

Not the b st experience the duck was only ok none of it was crispy. Chicken wings were good. Prawn toast only ok. We had 4 pints of Tiger lager which was crisp & cold. Mains were average at best crispy honey chicken was chewy my S&P chicken was bland. I may sound picky In this review but I have tasted a lot better & TBF the place was popular with locals

We ordered chicken spice box and we really liked it. The ambience is beautiful and the restaurant is reasonably priced.

Have dined here on two occasions. Only returned because the food had good flavours. Overall experience is that it is a very dull and drab premises inside. A revamp is required. No authentic Chinese furniture or decor. Really disappointed with that. Certainly could be improved upon with a little imagination. One thing though, I had the combination duck dish, if that is what it is described as on the menu, and after our meal i informed the waiter that there was a meat product in the dish that wasn't included in the dishes ingredients on the menu. He thanked me for pointing that out and it had been corrected on our next visit. Well done. A large heavy curtain on a pole or track was used as a barrier for privacy from customers who entered to collect takeaway. That is a lazy effort and lacked creativity, imagination and atmosphere.

Everything is very delicious, I loved the food, especially the stir-fried duck, 100% recommended ❤️
