Weavers Bar in Drogheda

This is the most ideal place for me to recreate in Drogheda. No other places come closer to the satisfaction I get whenever I’m there. 🥰

Good pub central location. Good value food. Large selection of drinks. Excellent staff.

We hosted a work drinks in Weavers over the weekend and I couldn't speak highly enough of the experience. Plenty of communication before we arrived, the promised games area reserved for us with a dedicated barman, they even supplied wristbands so only our party could order drinks. Noone was waiting for drinks, and fantastic hot food and sandwiches arrived at the allocated time. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Rory, Louise and all the team in Weavers for making the night such a success.

Came in for drinks and was met by the wonderful Rahela and Ronaldo who served us lovely cocktails! Had a great chat and me and my friends were made feel welcome the whole night. Live close to area and have been in once before tonight. I will be back a lot more since meeting these lovely staff members!

We went for a few drinks and a plate of grub.We ordered drinks, Steak ,scampi and fries.30 minutes later we had no drinks.We got up to leave but the only person taking orders Louise asked us to stay and she would look after us.The bar service is appalling, several people standing at the bar waiting for drinks left.No supervision of any kind behind the bar or in the dining area.Louise sat us,took our order,served our drinks,cleared tables, everyone else ignored us and everyone sitting at tables.A barman actually left to go get 4 coffees from another restaurant on West st, leaving a bar full of customers trying to order drinks. Thank you Louise, only for you we stayed.You are a very hard working employee but I am sure you are not appreciated.We will never go back.Food was ok.

Such a lovely place to eat, me and my friends all had a club sandwich, which was absolutely delicious, it came with a side of fries and a ketchup dip for great value of only €14. Definitely the nicest club sandwich we have all tasted, definitely recommend.

Live music, nice beers and tasty food to have some fun in the town!

myself and friend were there for Bottomless Brunch on Sunday (bhol Sunday). What a lovely welcome from Louise and the other lady (so sorry we didn't get her name!). We were sat at a comfortable booth, I was a bit earlier than my friend but my cocktail order was taken within minutes, with the stern instruction that there was no rush or pressure. Louise and her colleague remained attentive for the entirety of our stay - relaxed and up for a bit of craic. When our bottomless Brunch time ended there was no request to vacate the table, we simply closed our Brunch tab and then ordered some more drinks. Food was fresh and tasty (so much so, that my "I'm not really hungry" friend cleared her plate - as did I!) The new decor (only saw the front bar) is fresh but comfy - but it's the service which is the hi- lite of the visit, relaxed, friendly and humorous. We're already planning our next Brunch with the girls x
