Had a coffee in the lower restaurant ground floor at weston airport , Restaurant was closing , however a young gentleman , whos name I did not get , was the most helpful person I have met in a very long time !!! So kudos to him !!! Sunday 29th June 25

Love Hook & Ladder @ Weston airport. It’s super for personal or corporate alike. This week I brought my team for lunch. Rory and the Team looked after our catering needs, providing a professional and smooth service. The service was spot on - fresh food and beverages, delicious, and exactly what we needed to Nero the energy up throughout the day. Thank you. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great choice on the breakfast menu. Food was awesome and the service was excellent. After having a great lunch, it was a must to come back to have our final breakfast in Ireland before heading back to Australia

Lovely restaurant, great location. Good Parking. Fantastic views of the small planes and a helicopter taking off and landing. Soup was not that hot, drinks did not arrive until a while after the food arrived, and then a sparkling water we ordered never arrived at all. The chips were a bit raw. Asked for bill and the server came over with the bank machine and said the amount due, was not given a bill to check if we were charged for the water we never received. Asked were we charged and he said no, but a bill should be presented to the customer, not just told an amount.

Highly recommend this hidden gem. Delicious food. Great views including watching the small aeroplanes coming and going on the run way below where you eat.

05/08/2025: Great breakfast and coffee plenty of options Sweet and savory. Gorgeous gift shop next door..all things Tara, Celtic and mystic. Check out independent book store and Mystic shop further down all part of the experience

27/04/2025: We had such a wonderful dinner here last Wednesday celebrating my daughterJennifer and Jorges wedding. This was the first celebration of their wedding and Fergal and everyone at the Boathouse made it so special where we gathered for dinner with Jorges family from La Nucia, Spain. Perfect venue with great food, beautiful location and relaxed atmosphere. Special thanks to Patrick too.
14/04/2025: I had a truly lovely experience at this restaurant in Donegal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a peaceful charm that makes you want to take your time and enjoy every detail. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delightful… fresh ingredients, beautifully balanced flavors, and a thoughtful presentation that showed real care. And the view… simply breathtaking. Overlooking the sea, the scenery adds a magical touch to the whole experience. Watching the waves while enjoying a beautifully prepared meal felt like a gentle escape from the everyday rush. A beautiful hidden gem in Donegal. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
