Absolutely amazing place Lovely staff particularly the manager.The food in this spot is un real big portions,unreal flavours and choice,easily one of the best places ive been in. Price wise really good Cocktails really good also. Look forward to going back

Lovely staff!! Definitely recommend bringing your dog to the outdoor patio area. My dog Luna was immediately served with a tasty treat by a staff member and given a bowl of water on a hot day 😁 Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful memory and delicious food. All very reasonably priced (Everything on the menu was between €10- 17) and great portions 😋

Extensive menu with plenty of roast options that are on permanently like Rib of Roast Beef which was excellent. They have wings, vol au vants and plenty of other starters which are also available for main courses. Really enjoyed the food here and the staff are very friendly and the service/drinks orders were out very quickly despite the premises being very busy which was also a good sign. Portions of food were very good and would definitely recommend.

Temple Gate Hotel

03/07/2025: The Temple Gate hotel was clean and conveniently located. Neal and other front desk staff were very helpful and truly knowledgeable of the hotel’s and the area’s rich history. The rooms were nice and very clean. My only critique is that there is no AC, which is not unusual in this area and the rooms had plug-in standing fans, which helped along with opening windows. I’m just spoiled by AC, so I’m a bit picky in this regard. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
02/06/2025: Amazing 😍. Beautiful hotel you would not know you were in the middle of a town so quiet. Amazing staff 😀. Amazing food. Amazing service.my friends were having a blessing there and all the staff greeted them by name never never had an experience like that before. I would recommend this hotel to anyone ☺️. Thank you for making my friends feel so special 🥰.

09/07/2024: Simple and good. Very friendly staff! Watched football on TV with great sound. We had two meals, the burger which was great and the steak sandwich which unfortunately was disappointing to me as the steak was not so good... as it is listed as one of the specialtys of the house that should've done better! But had an overall great evening.
06/06/2024: Cozy pub / very friendly / fast service / tasty food. Highly recommended!!
