Cruises in Ennis

We didn't eat here as it was late, but my god are the employees friendly and fun. We had a great night just hanging out, talking, and having a bunch of laughs. GREAT PLACE!

Good service. Fun atmosphere. Local musicians jam at night. Pizzas looks great but didn't try it. Must visit spot for enjoying Ennis!

I went to Cruises on Saturday with a few friends and had the chance to try the new bar menu, which was lovely and a fantastic addition to the pub. The food was really good, and the waiting time was much better than some of my previous experiences with the pizza menu. The floor staff were very friendly and checked in with us a few times throughout the evening, which was appreciated and made the experience feel welcoming. The staff working in the yard bar were also a pleasure to deal with and were lovely to chat to. The only negative experience was with one member of the back bar team. A young Irish girl with dark hair in a plait came across as quite rude and seemed unsure of what she was doing at times. While we were waiting to be served, she was messing around with another bartender and appeared to be distracting him while he was working. It came across as quite unprofessional, particularly when there were customers waiting at the bar. Overall, though, the atmosphere was great, the food was lovely, and the pub was generally clean and tidy. I would definitely come back, but I do think some additional training around customer service and professionalism behind the bar would be beneficial.

The live music out back was 10/10- great late night bar

A quiet night in Co. Clare. Evenings when the best thing is a quiet bar, a pint, a freshly made pizza, a session two rooms away, and slow conversation with the bar staff. Larissa told us about the tidal pools at Kilkee. The next day we got on our bikes and cycled there. This is how to travel.

Pizzas were great. The location was awesome. Has many sections including outdoor, indoor, and private booths.

New nibbles and finger food offering. Woodfired pizza oven. Have to say food was hugely better than previous. Yes I'd go back to eat there again. Staff very helpful and attentive. Large range of drinks and beers available.

I really like how it has been refurbished. Great atmosphere and service, i haven't tried food there yet - another reason to come back

Excellent service and atmosphere

Joey is the man, and his team are too good to be true, the pub is absolutely beautiful looks like spent 4m euros on it. Wow just wow
