10/01/2026: Came as a group of 4 lads on a very busy Friday night. Staff accommodated us in the quickest way they could. By far the best burgers, chicken, slaw and fries we’ve ever had. It was so good we had to shake the chefs hand😂
09/01/2026: A savage feed with very friendly and attentive staff. We got seated outside immediately but wait times for indoor were up to 30 minutes on a busy Friday evening. Well worth a visit

This is the greatest burger in the universe.
01/01/2026: Got a burger and chips meal on deliveroo.
Cost me 20 quid took over an hour to come and they only delivered the burger and no chips.

16/12/2025: I saw an excellent staff teamwork. When one serves, the other sprays the table and another one shows up with the clothes to clean. Unbelievable and admirable workflow. The foods is served fast and the taste is no words describes it.
However, I understand how challenging is serving in a busy time, the customer sitting alone is being forgotten, or simply unnoticed. One simple question in among a stressful busy day, receives a general answer. Serving customers will be always a challenge and sometimes 100% offer given by the workforce, seems 20% in other eyes.
In conclusion, id say it’s an excellent restaurant but to get 5 stars must apply in some areas.

15/10/2025: Called here during the week and got a 5 Tenders meal with Gravy and a Kids Popcorn Chicken meal. It's fair to say they do good chicken and gravy here. Portion size was also very good, For me Hillbillies is the best chicken in Cork but this is up their, well worth a try if you like Fried Chicken and Gravy 👍

18/12/2025: 20 minutes waiting. Milkshake was melted / not even cold - rude staff said it wasnt ice cream and should be . Food cold and stale
02/12/2025: The kiosk machines are missing the till rolls to print the receipt. I used a company card and need a receipt for tax purposes.
A Indian looking man in a red shirt promised me to get me a receipt, but he just trow my order number on the bin and walked away.
I waited some time and 2 people where trying to sort out the recipt but with no success.
Eventually the manager came (nice young man, had nice manners) and finally sorted the problem and i got thr receipt.
It should no be this difficult.

16/01/2026: Don't tend to eat there only get a take away
14/01/2026: Perfect spot to stop at following a long night enjoying the nightlife around Cork. Usual swift food order, with some added entertainment courtesy of other guests' antics.
Noted an unusual number of security guards covering the front of the store, but they were great tbf - chatting to/cracking jokes with visitors, helping people & staff with various tasks etc.

22/12/2025: Just watched an older guy in supermacs making the food in bare hands after itching three inside of his nose with his thumb, I told him to wear gloves which he did but gross 🤢 this was supermacs Little Island.
15/11/2025: Took 9 mins after the order was placed for staff to start the burgers cooking. No orders before mine so no reason for there to be a delay. 3 staff just milling around doing very little. Manager was “busy” shuffling straws and walking around trying to look rushed off his feet while doing nothing.

Experiencia reciente de almuerzo de domingo. La comida era buena, pero me cobraron por una coca y me dijeron en la recogida de comida que ya había tomado mi bebida - y me dijeron en términos inciertos en eso - que no lo hice. Dejó un mal sabor en lo que por lo demás era una buena salida
