The staff are attentive, friendly, and create a welcoming atmosphere every time even if super busy. Our special compliments go to the store manager, Jay. He consistently notices the small details that others might overlook and ensures that everything runs smoothly while maintaining a warm and organized environment. His attentiveness and natural leadership are clearly reflected in the team’s attitude. What stands out most is his thoughtful and composed approach. He leads with confidence, fairness, and genuine care — qualities that are valuable. One can see that he takes pride in his work and sets high standards, not through pressure, but through example. 08/12/2025: Unfortunately, for a place called Soba house, this has to be the worst yakisoba I've ever had. It doesn't have any actual flavor. It's just...sauce. But bland sauce. The fried chicken is also really poorly done, and unfortunately, a couple of mine were raw in the middle. All in all, not worth it. Which sucks because I was told this place used to be good. Guess not anymore.
