12/10/2024: Scam artists. I placed an order for €65.90 online this evening. Initially, the delivery charge was €4. However, as I'm staying in Fota resort, the delivery charge recalculated to €9.80 after I entered my address. I proceeded to order, and payment was taken from my bank. A few minutes later, I received a text message telling me that my order was rejected and that I should call the restaurant for more information. They informed me that I'm outside the delivery radius- despite having paid the increased charge. Also- I will have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. The manager, Ben, called me back over an hour later and was very unsympathetic with my position. If my order is to be rejected because of my address, this should happen prior to payment being processed. A complete scam. Beware if ordering online from them.

14/01/2024: Kubos closed towards the end of 2023 with zero notice to their loyal customers when they shut their doors - either in store, on social media, or online. They eventually put a sheet of A4 paper on their window to say that the establishment was undergoing refurbished and will be open again soon. Shocked to see its now gone and another generic taco chain has opened in its place. Horribly disappointing professionalism by the owner of Kubos on the run up to their exit from Douglas after all these years
