10/12/2024: Booked a table here for our last night in Cork. People were not being hyperbolic when they said that this was the best steak in Cork. I had the t-bone and my wife the ribeye. We both had sides, skipped the starter as we wanted to leave room for dessert which was also incredible. My wife had one of their cocktails - On the razz, and I had two of their beers. Cannot wait to go back on my next visit.
09/12/2024: Really nice atmosphere and delicious food! Would highly recommend the steak and side of roast broccoli is really good!!

09/11/2024: the atmosphere of this cafe is really lovely and the staff are really warm. i came here twice during my stay in Cork and both of the drinks i bought (camomile tea and oat latte) were yummy. i'd definitely be a regular if i lived in Cork !

The room was delightful and we dined in 2 lovely restaurants with totally different experiences. Both equally enjoyable.

11/12/2024: Excellent fresh and delicious food in a casual, cozy setting. Although Market Lane is predominantly a fish restaurant, they have a decent selection for everyone. The fish dishes are exceptionally fresh abs tasty with a slight lean towards pub grub but far more refined. There was only one vegan option for starter and main. However, it was very obviously not an afterthought, and the dishes were innovative, delicious, and presented perfectly. The wine selection is great, and the cocktails are works of art. Service is also unbeatable. A great all rounder with something for everyone.

26/12/2024: We had dinner there a week ago, and the service could not be better! The portions are abundants and the food is delicious! My mother ordered a dish of pasta, and taking into account she tries to avoid it, she loved it! I ordered a lasagna and salad, and I was also satisfied! The recommendations of the waiters are very sharp, so it's easy to trust them :) In our case, we were attended by Pepe, and we were very grateful for his service. He is fast and pays great attention to details. He was right! The chocolate of Nosta is the best chocolate of Cork!! The experience was 1000/10

14/12/2024: Amazing food and hospitality at Orso. The food was delicious with an inventive menu - a fusion of Lebanese style food with local Irish produce. Standout dishes were the specials - burnt aubergine and a tomato chowder style fish main. Cocktails were divine too and kept flowing thanks to Gabie’s service - thank you for a 10/10 meal and evening 😊

05/01/2025: We had dinner with the kids in the white horse in early January. Paul was our waiter and the kids found him very funny! The food was very nice and reasonably priced.
20/12/2024: Had a beautiful Christmas lunch here, the food was fabulous and the service was exceptional, particularly Paul, Mary, Emma and Ali.
We will definitely return!!!!
