10/11/2024: We were left disappointed with the menu. The portions were quite smaller that the ones shown in other reviews, and we left the place still hungry. Additionally, some foods were sharing similar sauces, and the flavors were good but not mind blowing given the price. I would say Paradiso is not a good value for money, considering other vegetarian options in the city.

21/10/2024: A perfect night out. Service was excellent. The six-course set menu simply delicious, with staff explaining each course. A wonderful experience.

12/11/2024: Great venue, was at a social event last Friday night and the staff were great and so was the finger food.

01/09/2024: Spent some time here with a friend on a sunny day. Had pizza and a few drinks. Great selection of pizzas, and good selection of craft beers too. Wonderful beer garden, great surroundings for a city pub and staff are very pleasant.

07/11/2024: Lovely salads, lovely produce, unfriendly staff sometimes, I hadn't been for a few weeks and was taking maybe 20 seconds to pick my salads - there was no one waiting behind me and the person getting the salads for me sighed and I felt rushed like I was irritating her... is this not her job? I have always worked in hospitality - yes it can be difficult /repetitive but I also had a difficult morning. Please allow me a minute to choose from the great salad without expressing how inconvenient I am as a customer and interrupting your afternoon. Some people wouldn't mind or notice but it definitely made me think I would just go somewhere else next time. EDIT: I returned here after not going for a while and can confirm the produce is still always excellent and the staff were actually lovely, really friendly and helpful! We all have our off days but today wasn't one of them for loving salads - 10/10

12/11/2024: The pizza was disgusting, the "mozzarella " was more like water and fat. They gave me the wrong beer and they charged extra toppings that were not added to the pizza. Disappointing, won't be going back anytime soon.

04/11/2024: I was in Murphy’s rock a few weeks ago with friends and had a great time. I had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely mannerly young lady on the till named Jessica she was so helpful with everything she reassured me that she was also there if I had any further enquiries about anything, I must say she represented the place fantastically, the staff on the floor and bar were also very friendly, attentive and polite. The food was absolutely delicious therefor I will definitely return to this place.

10/11/2024: Absolute rip off. Most expensive shout but murphys and Guinness in cork. Charge for everything. Good for sport but food expensive and nothing great and small portions. A big no from me.

28/10/2024: I didn’t eat here so can’t rate the food but was here for jazz weekend and love this place. Great bands, awesome staff, great selection of drinks, and being located just a few minutes walk from the centre it wasn’t as packed so you had room to dance and chat. Thanks so much to Mike and the bar team!

20/10/2024: Great Pub. Aged decor and style is the first thing that impresses you. Extensive range of local craft and IPA beers and ascending range of spirits. Even when busy it’s not that noisy so comfortable to meet with friends. Recommended !

24/10/2024: Great place to stop for a simple, light and inexpensive lunch. Tasty sandwiches, very good coffee, nice atmosphere and excellent value. Highly recommend.

24/10/2024: It's a great lunch and coffee spot. They have loads of pastries and some premade sandwiches. The Americano was good and had a strong coffee flavor. I also ordered steamed oat milk.

17/11/2024: I don't know how I haven't left a review until now. This is my absolute favourite restaurant in Cork if not overall. Every time I come here it's a treat. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious. I can't praise Luigi Malone's enough. I highly recommend this to anyone, from couples to families, to dining alone or with friends. I always have a perfect night. Thanks so much.

15/11/2024: We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant. The atmosphere was beautifully decorated and comfortable, the service was attentive, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend the salad and mushrooms as starters. The lasagna and ribs were absolutely outstanding, and the desserts – the chocolate cake with ice cream and the cheesecake – were light and the perfect way to end the meal. I look forward to returning soon to try the pizzas, which looked absolutely delicious.
