04/04/2024: I was here for my birthday and it was Fantastic. I was bowling 🎳 with my family and the rugby match between Ireland and England that day. It was disappointing.
The only problem I had was, the stair case to go up or down, it OK going up but not going down. My mobility isn't great with steps
25/03/2024: I enjoy going there from time to time but the music is often too loud and the prices are excessive. €7.20 for an Orchard Thieves; I'm not having more than one.

13/02/2024: One of best options for lunch in Cork city center. Great value for money and wide variety of different salads. One time visit and you'll be regular customer.
20/11/2023: Jason did Catering for my Son's Christening at the weekend and everything about the service was excellent. Everyone commented on how nice the food was. The portions were very generous and the quality was second to none. Most of all Jason is a great guy to deal with. Highly recommended!

22/03/2024: On St. Patrick's Day, we impulsively stepped into a nearby bar for a drink, not knowing what to expect. However, as soon as we walked in, we were taken aback by the lively music and the overall atmosphere of the place. The vibe was electric, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. The drinks were fantastic, and all in all, it turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing evening that we won't soon forget.

10/03/2024: Family have been ordering from here for years. Tonight we put in our order online that totaled to 70 euro money was taken and a text then received saying they were too busy and rejected the order and would have to wait 3-5 working days for the money to come back in. As I live close by I went down to see if they could just put the order in or give me my money back straight away as something else would have to be ordered and 70 euro is a lot of money. The manager spoke with me and was very rude and had no solution for me at all. I told him that money shouldn’t have been taken and if they’re too busy the online service should not be running. I won’t ever be ever ordering from here again nor will my family and we used to get this most weekends.
07/03/2024: Only ever get takeaway from here but it never disappoints. Excellent food. Food is always ready when I arrive. Very efficient operation. Always busy sit downs when I’m there. Top class Chinese.

23/03/2024: It’s a hidden gem in Cork with vegan food. There are some options you can build your lunch with just a main course or with pastries and some salads. Vegan curry vas so delicious, the leafy greens salads comes as a complement. We were very surprised. I love how they served the food. Also the fireplace made our lunch so cosy. My recommendation for vegan and gluten free community.
17/03/2024: A lovely location and what used to be my favorite place to eat in Cork.
Now they just have the same tired old menu served with a scowl.
Sandwiches and salads haven't changed for years and years. What used to be a good value and healthy cafeteria-style lunch spot is now the number one place to get a badly made coffee and a soggy pastry.
Please consider going back to the previous (circa 2017) setup.

01/03/2024: Since going to Starbucks at Opera Lane i've got on well with the staff including 1 Turkish girl who works there. But things soon took a turn, I told her in Jan how I have 2 Turkish friends in Cork and was to introduce her to Hikmet who I was meeting at Starbucks on a Sun nearly 2wks ago.
This girl I don't know her name was finishing her shift at 2:30pm and I was to meet Hikmet there at 2pm, but he cancelled it till 3pm. So I rang Starbucks and left a message for this Turkish girl explaining the situation to 1 of her colleagues in a friendly manner.
But since then this girl is now treating me horribly and not even a hello and a friendly hello how are you with a big smile like she normally does. Now nobody deserves this treatment and i'm going to have to pick her up on her mistake it's not right.
