29/03/2024: Grabbed a quick lunch during the week. Really nice spot. Food was fantastic. Short waiting time and had filled up by the time I was leaving. Highly recommend

23/03/2024: Dined on: Mother's Day (Sunday) Overall Impression: Gallo & Galetti delivered a delightful Mother's Day experience despite a very busy atmosphere. The high standard of food and service remains evident after several years. Food: We sampled six different main courses, all of which proved to be delicious. Service: The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, ensuring a smooth dining experience despite the high volume of patrons. Ambiance: The restaurant offered a vibrant yet comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a celebratory occasion. Special Touches: A complimentary glass of champagne for each mother on Mother's Day was a lovely gesture. Additional Notes: Gallo & Galetti caters well to both large groups seeking a reunion venue and couples desiring a more intimate setting. The spacious layout allows for flexibility in table arrangements. Recommendation: Highly recommended. I will certainly return for another enjoyable dining experience.

30/03/2024: Nice pub in city centre. At the end of the main street with other bars and restaurants, but worth the extra short walk. A variety of beers are available as well as the usual Guinness.

21/03/2024: Was there st Patrick day and the music was fantastic and the staff were efficient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

13/01/2024: Its been my third time getting their acai cup. Truly went head over heels with it. It doesnt need any added sweetener as its already so sweet for me. I should definitely asked for more granola as it was a good combo. Portion is big enough, recommended to share with another person unless you’re extra hangry.

27/03/2024: we were walk ins and the staff were so accommodating it was great! When it comes to the food, the presentation is just outstanding and the taste of the food is amazing. One thing i will say is that the portion sizes are the small side. I would recommend the potatoes to everyone they were out of this world!!

02/02/2024: Good food. Pay up front, sit down they bring it to you and no nonsense. Furniture is not great. Upstairs is nice. You can get a hot lunch for around €10. Definitely will be back.

02/04/2024: A very authentic Irish pub- when we went it was the night before Easter so it was packed. Live music was great- not too loud/ overwhelming. Limited seating but people were willing to share their tables with you, creating a fun environment. Would definitely recommend.

29/03/2024: I used to love this place even though it's a little over priced but 2.50 for a glass of milk for a child is taking the absolute mickey. I won't be coming back.

30/03/2024: Everything was very clean, nice hosts, rental cars could be parked in the driveway. Breakfast could be chosen from a menu and was freshly prepared. Tips for excursions were given, so it was just perfect. If you don't want to walk to the accommodation from Cork, taxi 10 euros, bus just under 5 euros. Thank you very much Avril and Tony.

13/03/2024: Great rooms and wonderful breakfast! The host were so knowledgable of the area and friendly. As if visiting a relative who happens to live in Cork, Ireland. Loved this place! Everything a B&B should be.
