11/01/2025: Service was brilliant and staff are absolutely excellent. We were seated upstairs and honestly couldn’t fault anything. Starters were excellent and mains were very good. The wagyu chilli beef rib noodles could have done with more meat as not much there. The special fried rice was amazing one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Will definitely be back again

The pulled noodle dish pales in comparison. The broth and meat are very average. Won't be having it again.

16/01/2025: We had an amazing time here over Christmas with 12 friends. They were so accomadating for the group size and last minute changes. The service was amazing all the staff were so kind and helpful. The food was amazing and our Chef Lester made the whole experience fantastic and hilarious. Shout out to our waiter Zaldy who celebrated his birthday while we were there! Could not recommend this place more for a group!
16/01/2025: Had an amazing time at Chai-Yo tonight. Chef Nico was the star of the night, his performance and the food were absolutely incredible. Big thanks to the staff for being so friendly! Highly recommend for a special night out!

19/01/2025: Rice tasted yesterdays rice. The duck was juicy and good. Too much vinegar on the thai chicken feet. We ordered dim sum aswell. None of it was tastefull.

07/12/2024: Ordered Sweet and sour chicken, ribs and 1/4 duck as take away last night to my hotel.
It was horrific, my child asked me to taste the chicken as it tasted weird and it had a slimy texture, thank goodness it was only a tiny taste for her.
Ribs we're extremely tough and fatty.
Duck was just dry and felt like it was a few day old.
Needless to say absolutely nothing got eaten except the boiled rice by kids.

24/01/2025: I made an order today at 6.13 and it didnt arrive till 7.45 i rang twice and was told twice it was on the way which it never came when it did arrive the food was stone cold missing fried rice i ordered i was going to call back but we waited that long we couldnt wait any longer noone was happy wit how cold the food was no apoligies for the delay nothing im really not happy about this and hope something will be done to at least say sorry or try make up for the stone cold food

20/01/2025: I recently had the opportunity to dine here and tried the chicken curry with boiled rice and a side of chips. The chicken curry was flavorful, though I had requested it without onions, and unfortunately, onions were included when the dish arrived. That said, the mixed meat dumplings were truly exceptional—perfectly bite-sized with a deliciously crispy exterior and a savory pork filling that was full of flavor. Overall, the food was excellent, and the experience was enjoyable. Be sure to make a reservation, as it gets quite busy, but you’re in for a great time!
16/01/2025: Surprised, good portions and authentic Cantonese and Hakka cuisine restaurant. Way better than my previous experience in another restaurant.

14/01/2025: Go somewhere else - found this food genuinely uneatable. Takeaway, €18.34 paid for cheap broken chicken bones (more sharp shards of bone & grizzle than chicken) ..with weak Egg Fried Rice (fast-food quality if even) Bottomline = plenty of competition on this street, just go elsewhere.

18/08/2024: Used to be reliable but it’s not good any more. Gummy slippery chicken, and the worst bbq sauce I’ve ever had. It was like gone off gravy. Prices have gone up and quality has gone way down.
