Hilan
Dublin
03/03/2026: Nice atmosphere, is clean. They serve hot water which is good, I like it. Portion is small, my bf had fried noodle and I had bibimbap, we felt not enough to eat. Tastes good, but I probably won’t come back.
23/02/2026: Came here for dinner and must admit the menu is very large and a big selection! Mainly Korean bbq stuff but also a “normal” selection of fried nooodles, rice and traditional Chinese dishes. The food was ok but the service was very welcoming and quick. It was reasonably priced and great Ambiente

Shi Wang Yun
Dublin
03/01/2026: Got a spice bag off of deliveroo and it was the worst spice bag I’ve ever had. The chips were soggy and chicken was very clearly from the freezer. We counted two pieces of pepper and onion in the whole bag and to top it off they gave me two spice bags. Coke was also gone off and flat in the tin. The curry sauce had separated in the container and tasted like O’Donnell’s cheap sauce from the supermarket. Something so simple could be done so much better :(
31/12/2025: Shi Wang Yun, Authentic Chinese Flavors in Ireland
Who understands?! Discovering Shi Wang Yun, a hidden gem of a Chinese restaurant in Ireland, was absolutely divine! The freshly fried dough sticks are golden and crispy, with a fluffy, honeycomb-like texture inside, paired with silky sweet soy milk—it instantly transports you back to a breakfast stall in China. The oil-splashed biangbiang noodles are thick and chewy, with hot oil and fragrant chili powder mixed with minced garlic, so delicious you can't help but slurp them up; the pork pies have a crispy crust and a juicy, tender filling—every bite is pure bliss. From soy milk and fried dough sticks in the morning to Sichuan, Hunan, and Northeastern Chinese dishes at lunchtime, this restaurant infuses every dish with the essence of Chinese life. Eating this in a foreign land is truly therapeutic!

Kites

01/02/2026: Very disappointing overall. The food was tasteless, the decor was very disappointing, lighting very poor. The service and staff were pleasant but I definitely will never be returning.

Jazz Chinese & Thai Restaurant
Dublin
15/10/2025: Food in here has become terrible ever since these new owners took over This place. Cleaboy chipper was one of the best chippers in the town by a mile. But ever since these new owners came the food has gone massively downhill especially in the last year or so,Also the price of food in here is absolutely ridiculous for the food that gets served. I highly recommend not to go here as there is plenty of better chipper's in waterford city.
20/09/2025: I only tried the chicken wrap, therefore I can only speak about that. It wasn't bad, but far from the best one I've had. The meat was a little bit too oily for my taste and didn't sit well in my belly. On the other hand, it's not expensive (atm), so that balances a bit.
The service was fast, meaning that the staff is doing their best to serve every customer quickly enough.
Overall, a good little spot for takeaway, if your expectations are not very high for the price.

24/02/2026: Our 1st time here and what a lovely place it is! The welcome is warm and the room is lovely and warm too and very nicely decorated. The food is delicious. Beautiful chicken in both the sweet and sour and the curry. Colourful dishes with very fresh veg. Very decent portions. The house white is very drinkable. Our server was very professional.

Noble House
Dublin
09/02/2026: On what can only be described as one of the wettest days known to modern civilisation, the sort of rain that makes you question your life choices, I met my better half after her Pilates class just up the road. It was a random Tuesday, the sky was staging a full theatrical meltdown, and we decided we deserved a small victory. Enter Noble House.
We burst in from the monsoon like two survivors of a maritime disaster and immediately found a lovely buzz in the place. People tucked into plates of food, glasses clinking, warm chatter bouncing around the room. It felt like stepping into a dry, glowing sanctuary where bad weather simply isn’t invited.
The staff greeted us with proper warmth, the kind that makes you unclench instantly. My girlfriend ordered a Chinese tea that arrived steaming like a miniature hot spring, thawing her back to life sip by sip. I went for a coffee, strong and comforting, the culinary equivalent of a firm handshake.
Then came the starters. Spring rolls that shattered with a crisp crackle, releasing fragrant, savoury filling that demanded immediate respect. The squid was tender, lightly crisp, and dangerously moreish, disappearing from the plate at a speed that suggests we should have ordered two.
For the main event we shared the beef Szechuan. And this is where things got serious. Glossy slices of beef coated in a sauce that was rich, spicy, and gloriously aromatic. Each bite delivered warmth and punch without going overboard, the sort of dish that makes you lean back and nod in quiet approval between mouthfuls.
All of this enjoyed from a cosy booth that felt tailor made for a proper catch up with your missus. Rain hammering outside, great food inside, and that smug satisfaction of knowing you’ve made the correct life decision.
A simple midweek date night that turned into a small, delicious triumph. Exactly what was needed.
24/01/2026: Do not order delivery Your food will be cold and inedible when it eventually arrives that is !!

Park Lane Oriental
Dublin
20/10/2025: Ordered food for pickup on their website at 6:30 on a Sunday. Arrived to collect at 6:40. Staff couldn’t find my order initially until I gave the order number off my confirmation email. Said it’d be ‘a few more minutes’. Was finally ready at 6:55. My unusually long wait suggested they started cooking it after I arrived.
Food was fine, as usual.
27/09/2025: The food is delicious, I prefer less black pepper, but it depends on personal taste. The atmosphere is pleasant and the waiters are also good.

09/03/2026: We just ordered two spice bags and they were cold, dry with rubber chicken. We paid for extra chicken and veg but we didn't get anything extra unfortunately! We ordered before and were satisfied but we won't order again from this place. Not recommended 😕
01/02/2026: The lady who took order from me was coughing and she was literally sick 🤢 and I ordered chicken with Satay sauce and fried rice boom came home and there is no rice and they charged me for the whole things damm what a waste
