07/02/2025: I ordered a takeaway, and the service was really good. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant when taking my order and advised me of the specials that were on offer and gave good descriptions of each food item. The food arrived and was brilliant. Definitely will be ordering again in the near future.

01/02/2025: Ordered 2 meals for delivery and what an absolute joke, didn’t get here till 1 hour after estimated delivery time and driver was very rude and useless at his job tried to put blame onto us when we gave him clear instructions and then drove off before we could hand the freezing cold food back, never ever again!

10/02/2025: Ordered food 2 weeks ago it was gorgeous. Went ago the following week and feel like it was a different chef. Food was rotten. Wont be let down again. No consistency.

04/02/2025: Food was very tasty , nice and hot and well flavoured , a bit expensive however as sides had to be added . Service was absolutely atrocious however and seemed to be ran by poor students who wanted to be anywhere but there . No friendliness / welcome or help . Greeted by a do you have a reservation (it was dead quiet) . On top of that food took over 40 minutes to come out and when it did it came out all separately . Rice came 15 minutes after the main meat dish . No one’s meal served at the same time . No apologies for dishes being late / given at different times . No check ins . Staff behind counters on phone - looked forced to be there . Other people seemed to be getting served much faster , might have been locals . People coming in half hour after us served before us . Takeaway was flying and understand it was busy but the service and lack of professionalism/ friendliness from wait staff was very disappointing. Bit of a let down as new to the town and food was very much so enjoyed . Would consider takeaway . To get the food I’d have been quicker going to China myself and would have had more conversation there too .

15/02/2025: Food is actually good but the front of house staff are the worst we’ve ever come across. Rude taking the order and even worse again when collecting our order. An online ordering system and delivery only might be a better option than this place!!!

18/01/2025: Food was fantastic but they mixed up orders and we got half of what we ordered and the rest was wrong which obviously we only realised when we got home. We still ate everything and it was fantastic however 👏

10/09/2024: I got a spice box that I have been getting for ages in there, but this time the food was horrible it’s as if they have changed the chicken and the recipe for the box and even then there was no chicken

02/09/2024: Don't understand why places don't offer half and half rice and chips ( I know there are worse things) but I could never eat a full rice and full chips. In saying that the portion of rice was quiet small. Main course of Sizzling Satay was beautiful! Highly recommend.

27/11/2024: It is one of the best Chinese takeaway I ever been and probably the best in Newbridge in my opinion. Try the crispy chicken in satay sauce and the beef black bean sauce. The fried noodles are great, too. The takeaway is also always nicely decorated and you can see the kitchen from the outside to assure yourself in terms of cleanliness. You see the owner really cares about this shop and the people are very nice 👍. Well done Panda Inn! Keep on going, you are doing a fantastic job!

02/01/2025: Really beautiful food. The nicest duck dish I've ever had (mango duck). The satay sauce served to my husband was a beautiful rich sauce and went really well with his salt and chilli lamb which was also delicious. The staff were lovely.

02/02/2025: Ordered 2 tikka Masala, absolutely tasteless, always eat Indian food at the weekend so thought we'd give this a try, terrible, no flavour, no taste, tasted like a jar sauce, €38 wasted

30/11/2024: I got the munchie box after a day of shopping and was absolutely starving . Soggy, oily , horrible taste off everything, bad seasoning , bad curry sauce . Even though I was starving and it was bought to share with three people 90% went into the bin . Waste of money and I ended up having toast . Diabolical. If I could give zero stars I would .

12/01/2025: Great Food, But Overpriced and Stingy Perks China Kitchen in Leixlip serves undeniably superb food with quality ingredients, but the experience is soured by their blatant overpricing and poor customer service. While the dishes are flavorful and clearly made with care, the prices are sky-high. It’s hard to justify spending this much on a takeaway, no matter how good the food is. To make matters worse, they consistently forget to include prawn crackers with orders—something that should be standard with any Chinese takeaway. Their "freebies" policy is a joke. A free bottle of Coke or prawn crackers on orders over €30 or €60 might sound enticing, but it’s completely unrealistic. These token "perks" feel more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine gesture of appreciation for loyal customers. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least deliver on the small extras without making customers jump through hoops. China Kitchen may have quality food, but the overall value leaves much to be desired. If they want to keep customers happy, they need to revisit their pricing and service approach. Until then, it’s hard to recommend wholeheartedly.

09/01/2025: Previously I gave this place a 1 star review with the spice bag because they had given reheated chips and chicken that a dog wouldn't even eat. Always believe you should try a place again to see if there is any improvement. The chicken is still absolutely rancid and also the amount they give you in a spice bag is robbery. 4 small pieces on the top and a small piece on the bottom and the rest is just chips. Imagine spending that amount of money on a bag of chips and for chicken that tastes like rubber. It only got 2 stars this time because the chips weren't reheated this time but again its borderline 1. Worst spice bag I've ever had but they're all terrible in leixlip.

The prices were shockingly high—over €20 for a main course, and that didn’t even include the rice or chips. For the cost, I expected much better. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
