24/08/2024: Dragon Palace - A Disastrous Experience I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Dragon Palace, a restaurant that was once my family's favorite. We ordered food for what was supposed to be a special celebration, but it turned into a nightmare. First off, the food took over 90 minutes to arrive. By the time it finally did, it was stone cold, barely edible, and far from the quality we used to enjoy. The delay and the poor condition of the food completely ruined our evening. To make matters worse, when I contacted the restaurant, I had to argue just to get my money back. The customer service was shockingly unprofessional, adding insult to injury. I will never order from Dragon Palace again. They’ve lost a loyal customer, and I can’t believe how quickly they went from being a family favorite to an absolute disaster. If you’re considering ordering from here, think twice—you might end up with a ruined night like I did.

06/02/2025: This place is a dump completely dirty i rang to talk to them and got hung up on twice 40 euro for a spice bag and noodles absolutely disgusting

31/12/2024: We rang to book in today. (I know late notice). We asked was there availability at 6pm, we were told to come in for 5. It was empty so we are unsure why we needed to be there so early. We were asked if we wanted drinks before we even sat. We were asked if we wanted starters before we even looked at the menu. All the starters came out with what can only be described as fish tank flowers on the plate for decoration. (It made me feel sick to look at, very grubby). Before we finished the starters we were asked were there any empty plates. Before the empty plates were taken the main arrived. (Thankfully, without the plastic flowers). We were asked repeatedly if we had empty plates instead of “is everything ok, can I get you anything else”? The men’s toilet had vomit in the sink. It was blocked. The table we sat at had a pile of old dirty coats (I mean they had white stains all over them) piled up in the corner. All in all, it was over priced, dirty and RUSHED. It doesn’t warrant the 3 stars that have been given to them on trip advisor. Also we did notice they were super busy with take aways. I recommend anyone ordering online should come in and look at how dirty the place is before buying from them.
