23/07/2025: Really great place, fantastic food and friendly staff. Can't recommend it enough. It's top class. We had a three course meal and each course was incredible.
19/07/2025: Excellent food. I was going to put 4* but the head waitress was so efficient, friendly and had great customer service abilities. Would definitely go back.

23/06/2025: Terrible experience manager was rude and made no effort to offer any kind of customer service. We ordered soup and fries we had to persistently ask for bread However, this was given out freely to every other table our fries then came out 15 minutes later.
We had two small children and it was clear they were not welcome when my four-year-old spilled a drink this was met with distain and horror. The Manager on duty at the time was particularly rude and could not even bring himself to look at our table
My wife has already left a review which has been conveniently taken down for stating the truth. No doubt you’ll do the same with this to try and hide your flaws and terrible service.

03/05/2025: Came by this pub by off chance when me and my mate were doing a tour of west coast of Ireland.
Coming in early evening we were only intending to stay for a couple but Christine the landlady her partner Mike and Martin one of the regulars made us feel so welcome we ended staying a bit longer and leaving in the early hours, with Martins wife giving us a lift back to our camper van
Loved it so much was really tempted to come back for the jazz festival in the village at the end of May but unable to due to work commitments. I do know if you decide to visit you will made to feel very welcome.
