25/10/2024: This has got to be the best pub in all of Ireland. Came here when they did a session and those were the best tunes I ever heard. Amazing staff. Wonderful drink. Talked to Pat who owns the pub and he is such a kind gentlemen.
01/06/2024: We stayed in Lahinch for a single night and our concierge at the Atlantic where we were staying highly recommended us to stop by flanagans for their live music and good pints… all of which perfectly hit the spot, we came to discover (in our own opinions) poured the best pint of Guinness in the country. Paired with fantastic service and some traditional music/ dancing you really can’t beat.
Definitely would recommend to anyone passing through Lahinch!

16/05/2025: We thought we would love this place based on the other reviews but two upset stomachs later, we’re very disappointed. My husband had the Cajun chicken sandwich and I had the sticky barbecue chicken sandwich. The flavor was ok but did not meet expectations after having nothing but perfect meals all week in Ireland. We had indigestion within a half hour of finishing our meal which only got worse as the day went on. Four Pepto Bismols later, I definitely can’t recommend this restaurant.

20/05/2025: Extremely hospitable hosts, very clean rooms and bathrooms, excellent made-to-order breakfast. I was visiting from the United States and this was my favorite accommodation of the whole trip. I think this was the first hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world where the bathroom floor actually looked clean. Beds were comfortable and tidy. Breakfast was very very good, the best of my entire stay in the country. The staff were not only accommodating but also extremely kind. In addition, it was very close to the beach and downtown area. Highly recommended to anyone staying in Lahinch.
18/05/2025: A wonderful place to stay! The manager, Thomas, was so sweet and accommodating. He stayed up late to check our group in, carried our bags up the stairs, and woke up early to provide a great breakfast. The location is good too with lots of shops, a golf course, and beaches in the area. Highly recommend this hotel!!

21/05/2025: Friendly and central hotel in Lahinch with great value for money. The staff organised overnight storage for my bike, even carrying it in and out! Room was perfect and excellent breakfast with full Irish options, including vegetarian version. Lots of options nearby for food and the beautiful beach to enjoy the sunset!
03/05/2025: Wouldn't put on the leinster match may bank Holiday. Told is to go back to wicklow

05/07/2025: Way too much butter. The fish is not crispy. The fish and the fries are literally butter flavored. I have no idea why this place is so highly rated.
I’m an American visiting Ireland. I’ve been to London and other parts of England and gotten excellent fish and chips. This is my first time getting it in Ireland and this place is an extreme disappointment

Tasty Pizza Lahinch

I have had food from here before, it was nice, the wait was excessive though.
I came in tonight for a pizza, midnight, and the way the guy who works here spoke to me was so awful. This guy was so rude, “Don’t do pizzas as this time” in an aggressive tone, and waved his hand at me in a ‘go away’ type fashion.
A kind guy in front of me had a pizza and offered me a slice as he had seen what happened.
There were other customers coming in well after me too so they can’t use the excuse that they were closing…
I will never, ever, ever come here again!
I recommend Wildfire pizza down the road instead.
