Service was also excellent - I was offered a refund for a dessert which fell on its side when it was served to me (it was still on the plate), which I declined as it wasn’t necessary. We didn’t have a chance to try the coffee but will do so next time.
25/05/2025: Wonderful place with great coffee! We could happily have stayed all day looking at the sea and relaxing. Lovely staff. Hightly recommend the sauerkraut pastrami toasted sandwich and coconut turmeric latte. Thanks folks!

03/06/2025: On a windy and rainy Monday evening in Bundoran, we walked into the only establishment open...and we did well! The welcome was very warm, the meal excellent, and we didn't feel like we were intruding at all - quite the opposite, in fact! I recommend this restaurant.

22/06/2025: We stopped for a late lunch and enjoyed the delicious onion and sage soup of the day which reminded me of a French onion soup. My husband had the very fresh oysters. Great meal and friendly service.

25/10/2024: Excellent meal & excellent service. I ordered a rare steak & wow I’m a steak lover but this was exceptional. Salad, baby potatoes, sautéed onions along with a glass of Merlot. I don’t often eat alone but was made to feel very welcome & comfortable. Unable to finish meal but have lunch sorted for tomorrow! Top class, thank you to the chef Gregory and waiting staff. A special thanks to Silvane, she has the X factor!
21/10/2024: This was an unbelievably very good restaurant. Heading into winter on the West Coast of Ireland, the food, the service, and the atmosphere including the playlist was simply sublime. I’m not being paid to write this review, but it was probably one of the best meals I have eaten out in a very long time. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour; from the steak to the asparagus to the potatoes, bread and peppercorn sauce I don’t think I have tasted better.

09/05/2025: It is a great place for a takeaway, I ordered a medium munch box and it was absolutely huge, A family of 4 couldn't finish it completely, An extra portion of noodles included and massive sauce, will defo come back with the next visit

I've been coming to Bundoran since I was no age and ever since the pandemic we/I've been staying at the Bank House when available, and it is just a fantastic spot
Clean rooms, the friendliest staff, a great bar, great breakfast and so close to everything with the hotel being at the centre of town... 10/10 🫶
23/06/2025: The rooms are noisy and a little old-fashioned, but the hotel is ideally located and the breakfast is very good.
