29/12/2024: As a devoted customer to Spice Waves I went there this evening. To be honest while the food is always good it is a norm for the restaurant to be extremely cold. Heating never appears to be on. Aside, from that and no fault to the two very young waitresses who did there best, service was a disaster. While one was dealing with the busy takeaway area the other girl had to clear the tables, take orders and serve. Really disappointed.

25/10/2024: Excellent meal & excellent service. I ordered a rare steak & wow I’m a steak lover but this was exceptional. Salad, baby potatoes, sautéed onions along with a glass of Merlot. I don’t often eat alone but was made to feel very welcome & comfortable. Unable to finish meal but have lunch sorted for tomorrow! Top class, thank you to the chef Gregory and waiting staff. A special thanks to Silvane, she has the X factor!

21/10/2024: This was an unbelievably very good restaurant. Heading into winter on the West Coast of Ireland, the food, the service, and the atmosphere including the playlist was simply sublime. I’m not being paid to write this review, but it was probably one of the best meals I have eaten out in a very long time. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour; from the steak to the asparagus to the potatoes, bread and peppercorn sauce I don’t think I have tasted better.

05/11/2024: Ate here at this authentic Italian Restaurant on the 5/12/2024. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, the staff delightful, friendly, kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful in making recommendations. Would highly recommend a visit if you're given the opportunity.

26/01/2025: We loved everything about Maddens. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We just popped in for a drink but when we looked at the menu we decided to stay for dinner. It was a great decision. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Everything we got was delicious. We had steak with prawns,Guinness stew, creme brulee, apple tart and a brownie. Every plate was cleared. Staff were really attentive. Highly recommend a visit 👌

31/12/2024: Food not great at all very basic. We were expecting better because of all the good reviews. We got burgers and kids sausages with chips. The 1/4 pounder was burnt and the Vegan burger was cold with very little dressing and dry with no sauce. The sausages were OK and the chips to. Nothing special. If you're hungry it will do but we won't be going back again.( Maybe the pizzas are good).

20/11/2024: This place has a very good reviews amongst the local as many of my friends and colleagues suggested me thia place to go and try their food. We were here before but we just took takeaway. This time we were in for their sit-ins and were ready to see if this place met the hype they have out in people. Firstly, I was fascinated by the decor and it seems like I'll have a good time enjoying my food. We had ordered a Bruschetta AL Pomodoro, Chicken Pasta Carbonara and Chocolate fudge cake. The Bruschetta was really tasty and it was served with salad and some dressing / drizzle of some sauce on top. I don't know what that was made of, also I asked the girl on the counter about it but the girl was confused too about that and I totally understand that she wont know everything that is running or done in the kitchen. Nevertheless, I did ask her to bring me a small portion of it as it was yumm yumm and she was very kind to offer me that. Talking about pasta, the pasta was well cooked and had a nice creamy texture. I didn't try that as I am vegetarian but my partner did and he was absolutely blown away with the taste of pasta (in a good way). Lastly, we ordered chocolate fudge cake and to my surprise this time I was not disappointed as they actually serve a fudge cake piece. I have been to a few other restaurants I won't name any but they serve brownies with melted chocolate on top in the name of fudge cake. Yeah so I was delighted to have a fudge cake on my plate and it was served with ice cream / cream whichever you like, we asked for ice cream of course. The cake melted in our mouth right after you placed the piece in. It was fresh, soft, delicious and everything I could possibly think of. The dessert was really to die for. Overall a very good experience and I enjoyed and devoured each and every single bite I had here. The vibe is fantastic with beautiful decor and the staff are very friendly and welcoming here. The bathroom was very clean and well maintained. You would get a good view from the pictures and video along with the post here. A must go place in Bundoran Town.

28/12/2024: We are staying at the Holyrood Hoel had a fabulous meal here last night decided on second night to go to Stakes Restaraunt ate here 12 years ago same review awful paid 54 euro for a dry powdered curry and a beef stir fry 2 glasses of house wine 54.50 euro would have been better going to a chippy do not recommend this place.

28/12/2024: I recommend it to everyone. Today my husband and I ate a delicious dinner. The chowder was one of the best we ate in Ireland, delicious and very rich linguine with seafood, and very good traditional fish and chips. The soup of the day was also impeccable. 19/01/2025: I recently visited Molloys Bar & Grill for dinner with my family. The food was good, but the service was very slow. We had to wait over an 45 minutes for our meals to arrive. The smell from the gents toilet was also very strong, which made our dining experience unpleasant. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Molloys Bar & Grill.

01/01/2025: Booked McGarrigles for a group of 10. Excellent service, staff very pleasant, attentive and efficient. Varied menu with something for everyone. Generous portions and food piping hot. Impressive dessert selection. Decor is a little dated and the restautant could have done with being a bit warmer and cosier but on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose this place if we're back in Bundoran.
