02/01/2025: Great food but ridiculously small portions. Left still hungry so will eat elsewhere when away in future. Chip portions was ridiculously small.

08/10/2024: Called here last Friday.. had a fillet burger meal. It was the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken was hard and appeared to have been cooked hours before. The bun was the smallest, mis-shapen ever I have seen and the smallest portion of fries ever - all for €10…. NEVER AGAIN

25/08/2024: We got beautiful food here today .Compliments to the chefs.From the chips ,burgers ,nuggets ,& curry 10/ 10.The customer service is excellent & friendly .I would highly recommend The Galley Bundoran for a bite to eat 👍

07/07/2024: We went in on a Sunday afternoon and it did seem busy however it was very obvious that they were only cooking one order at a time as the person who ordered their food before us received their order and then we were informed that something we had ordered was actually out of stock. We probably waited about 30-40 minutes for our food and when it came it was nice but we probably wouldn’t go back - plenty of other chip shops that wouldn’t take as long.

Great Northern Hotel

20/02/2025: My wife and I went in for a light lunch. We ordered two toasted sandwiches - one ham and cheese with white bread, one ham and cheese with brown bread and a tea and a coffee. The drinks were served reasonably quickly but it was over half an hour before the sandwiches came. By this time the tea and coffee were stone cold. The sandwiches were made with “plastic” cheese. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. However the potato crisps were nice.

14/02/2025: Staff very good, management need training in good practice, and basic manners.

15/03/2025: I ordered chicken and noodle soup but I’m not sure if this is how it’s supposed to be. The soup is so thick and might I say that it’s not soup where is the broth all I see is noodles which look like they’re literally dipped in gelatine. This is definitely not to my liking and not worth the money I spent for some soup.

07/07/2024: We’ve been going to this cafe for years and even though it’s changed its name to Rocky’s, it’s still a great spot to stop for a bite to eat after a day in Bundoran. The staff are always lovely and friendly and the food is always great.
