22/07/2025: Food was average, staff friendly. Fast service but very overpriced. 12 euro for a 'cocktail' that tasted like water. Complained and got an excuse of 'my manager isn't here' overall not worth it

25/03/2025: Zan zam special kebab with no extra chilli sauce. Spicy enough with the marinade absolutely gorgeous! Excellent value for money too. My God to for a kebab and I've yet to try pizzas but always heard great things

02/04/2025: I was in Bundoran for a few days playing music and stumbled across this café on the first day. The food was excellent and the service 2nd to none. I didn't have lunch anywhere else the entire time I was in the town 😂. Was looked after very well, and can't wait to come back.

From Guinness to hot whiskey, they have everything your heart desires (hot whiskey is best only if you're sick or really into it), the staff is full of love, and the atmosphere is heartwarming (like the hot whiskey I tried). If you're in Bundoran, you should definitely go there!

17/04/2025: Just got done with watching the Minecraft movie with my twin sister, cousins, younger siblings and their friend. All was well until my cousin and younger brother and their friend had noticed they lost a fiver, they panicked and went to the boy’s toilets, found the fiver, made their way back up the stairs when a blonde woman with heavy makeup proceeded to follow these 3 young boys who are all 10 and under. She then started to shout in their faces which frightened them, I ran down to see what was going on, she told me they were messing which if they were, it still gave her no right to approach them, she was pointing in their faces and screamed so loud into one of the boys ears that his ears started to ring. I work in hospitality and I would get fired if I ever approached a child the way she did, yes they most definitely were misbehaving a little bit but there was two adults present and she should have came to either myself or my sister. The children started to cry their eyes out the second they got into the car, not to mention one of the boys is special needs so it traumatised him. The children and myself are also very embarrassed as this happened directly infront of the screen infront of whomever was watching the movie. Been going to this cinema for years and I have never had an experience like this.

29/06/2025: Food was very un appealing, We were given Sparkling Water instead of 7up (error was corrected) but seems strange how this could happen, Atmosphere was dead and dreary, Staff that was working that day seemed nice.

09/07/2025: staff were friendly,ordered food that had nuts in it that weren't on the menu,when I brought this up the chef said its in the allergens, it should state on the menu with ingredients not in the small print, my pasta carbonara was sour,we didn't eat it but we're still charged which was disappointing. we ordered a deluxe double which we didn't get even though we were told it was, luckily there was a single bed to as my partner had to sleep in it as the double bed was too small. pool not the best small and felt dirty, steam room and sauna were moved to the treatment rooms so have to pay extra to use them.

05/07/2025: A little old but clean. Beautiful pool with jacuzzi and a spa that we could not use because it closes at 5 pm. Convenient free parking in the back. Rooms with very comfortable King bed.

03/07/2025: We don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled to share our experience. We visited The Phoenix today and chose to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. I went in to get our drinks, but to our surprise and discomfort, we heard shouting coming from inside the pub. There were only a few customers inside, yet the barman was loudly and aggressively arguing with one of them. It was highly unprofessional and completely disrupted what should have been a relaxed visit. Sadly, based on this experience, we won’t be returning.

07/06/2025: Me and my friend have gone two nights In a row both times the drinks just taste bad though it could have just be a once of but second night the Guinness was just bad.
