03/10/2025: Not long after a collection order, family Thursday deal, wings, burger, garlic bread with cheese, baguette with chips and a drink. Service was spot on from phone order to collection, friendly staff and a nice girl even opened the door when I was leaving. The food was absolutely banging, if Mr Donatello himself walked in the door and asked what could be done better I genuinely wouldn't have an answer, absolutely not one fault could be found with any of the food, from one chef to another 👏👏👏👏👏👏 keep her lit

17/11/2025: Got a doner meat chips and a long black hair on top. I rang them and the man on the phone was very rude and was insisting it was my own hair to which I said I don’t have black hair. He sent out another doner meat chips and then rang me after I received it and said they will never deliver to my house again due to the complaint. Terrible attitude on staff and terrible food.

26/01/2026: I have to say, I am very disappointed before I got food from There and was good about the Year ago tonight I collected food from there and I swear to God dog food taste better than that burger disgusting had Bite gave the rest to my dog. My dog didn’t finish it beef people stay away from it wasting money and time.

20/01/2026: It was a horrible experience over all the staff are rude and me and my friends were very disappointed as we normally love their food but the service was horrible they were dead quiet so they can’t even use the excuse of being busy and stressed but when I ordered my food me and a friend of mine asked for the food to be plain but when we received the food it was not plain and we simply just asked to get it plain as that’s what we asked for then the server rudely replied with saying we never asked for it plain then when we were receiving the food we were met with dirty looks and it was continuious through out our meal with having the staff members obviously give out to eachother about us even tho we asked for everything politely. I am very disappointed about this as I usually am quite fond of the food.

24/01/2026: Awful experience. All food was mostly cold. Drinks only 2 3rds filled and watery. Daughter didnt even finish milshake as was not mixed properly and mostly water Burgers tiny and fries only half full at best. Asked for an extra mayonaise after paying 54 euro for the meal and the girl insisted on 30cent. Went back up and nice guy gave it for free. Thank you. Rarely if ever goto McDonald's and had heard it was gone very bad ...and rife with shrinkflation while prices keep going up. Never again. Avoid this very poorly staffed and managed McDonalds. Actually avoid this chain in general...its just awful food...that isnt cheap

28/10/2025: Never leave reviews, but MUST this time. Every time we order from this place, they forget to put something in the bag. Couple months ago my husband came back with bag and there was 3 cheeseburgers missing, I know his fault should off check the bag at the counter but it was loads of food and the bag was closed. When i seen it at home drove straight to the shop and the manager didn't even said sorry, made me feel like its my fault and why i m even there, he send worked my way and disappeared. The last 2 times order with deliveroo as I didn't want to face rude staff anymore, first time no sauce (even we paid for it) and yesterday no fries. Food cold as well. Never again.

02/12/2025: The kiosk machines are missing the till rolls to print the receipt. I used a company card and need a receipt for tax purposes. A Indian looking man in a red shirt promised me to get me a receipt, but he just trow my order number on the bin and walked away. I waited some time and 2 people where trying to sort out the recipt but with no success. Eventually the manager came (nice young man, had nice manners) and finally sorted the problem and i got thr receipt. It should no be this difficult.

02/01/2026: I love a good chipper but this is not one. Salt and vinegar given on the tray in sachets. Burnt chips that were not traditional chipper chips, more like sub standard diner chips. Place was freezing too! Definitely the worst chipper ive been to

22/11/2025: Ethereal is not a word I ever expected to use for a kebab shop, yet it’s the only one that fits. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of slow-roasted meat and warm spices feels almost otherworldly, like it’s pulling you out of the everyday and into something far more comforting. The kebabs themselves are tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—juicy without being greasy, seasoned without being overpowering. Even the sides feel thoughtfully crafted, from the crisp, fresh salad to the pillowy warm naan that tastes like it came straight from a traditional tandoor. The staff are genuinely friendly, the portions generous, and the whole experience leaves you feeling both satisfied and strangely uplifted, as if great food really can be a little bit magical.

02/01/2026: Drumstix is the definition of a perfect retro comfort-food spot. From the second you walk in, the vibes are on point, but the food? On another level entirely. I had the cheese deluxe breast in a bun, and wow—juicy, crispy, loaded with flavour, and perfectly balanced with melty cheese. A proper classic done right. The sides were unreal: jojos that were golden, fluffy on the inside and perfectly seasoned; taco fries packed with bold flavour and seriously addictive; and the garlic & cheese fries were rich, cheesy, and indulgent in the best way possible. Add in the chicken goujons, which were crispy, tender, and cooked to perfection, and it was an absolute feast. Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the milkshakes arrived. The Biscoff milkshake was next-level—sweet, creamy, and dangerously good. And the banana milkshake? So yummy, smooth, and nostalgic in the best way. To top it all off, the service was amazing—friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming, which just made the whole experience even better. If you’re into comfort food, big flavours, and a retro vibe done right, Drumstix is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back. 🍔🍟🥤🔥

14/01/2026: Perfect spot to stop at following a long night enjoying the nightlife around Cork. Usual swift food order, with some added entertainment courtesy of other guests' antics. Noted an unusual number of security guards covering the front of the store, but they were great tbf - chatting to/cracking jokes with visitors, helping people & staff with various tasks etc.

24/12/2025: Came in just for two potato pies- lovely and moist.

23/09/2025: Dinos douglas has gone to the bin! Ever since the Irish girl Sarah left the chipper, the food quality has been horrendous. The asian lady working at the store makes the worst food, it’s definitely not fresh and you could just tell that the fish, chicken and dips are stale. The quality that dinos has in other stores like Grange and Turners cross is nowhere near compared to the likes of the Douglas store. The food used to be nice but ever since the asian lady has been making the food, it has been unhygienic, dirty and will definitely give someone food poisoning. Douglas dinos is really really awful now and should be avoided at all costs.

13/10/2025: I have been getting Apache (Burgerhut Hollyhill) for a good few years. When the food is good, it's really enjoyable. But the food isn't always good (particularly the chips), and as a consequence, I feel the need, to write a review, in the hope, it will encourage Apache, to make some improvements. When ordering chips from Apache, staff will often serve you chips, that have been lying in the tray, for God only knows how long, mixed in with some freshly cooked chips.. Can I ask Apache management, why serve customers, old cooked chips, mixed in with fresh cooked chips..???? Its a very mean act, and I have to throw these chips in the bin, as they are hard & horrible. Why mix old, hard, precooked chips, that have been lying in the tray, with fresh cooked chips, and then serve them to a customer..?? Customers, should only be served, FRESHLY COOKED CHIPS..!! Can I ask Apache management, why you don't automatically serve your pizza's box's, in a paper bag..? If a customer orders a pizza, they may have to walk for 15 or 20 minutes, to get home. Carrying the pizza box, with no bag, means the Pizza, will lose a lot of heat, and the pizza can be cold, when the customer gets home. Also why don't you automatically serve the donor box, and chicken spice box, in a paper bag..? Again, these food boxes, are cold, by the time a customer walks home. Also the donor & chicken spice box, can leak sauce, which can destroy a car seat (if the customer is driving home) The stout, middle aged, short haired lady, that works in Apache, gets a bad pain, if a customer asks for a bag, to put a pizza box in, or donor/chicken spice box into.. Can I ask Apache management, to please supply, proper fitting, paper bags, and to offer them to customers, who are being served food, served in a box. Its really frustrating, having to continuously ask staff, for a proper fitting paper bag, to carry pizzas and spice boxes home in. I must say, most of the staff, are very obliging, when you ask them for a bag, with the exception, of the stout, middle aged, short haired lady, who always seems, to always have an issue, and an excuse, when a customer asks for a bag. If Apache, could introduce a policy, of not serving old, precooked chips to customers, and sort out the issue of supplying customers, with proper fitting, brown paper bags, to customers ordering food in boxes, (Particularly the issue, the stout, middle aged, short haired lady has, of placing food boxes into a paper bag) I will come back and give an up to date review. 14/12/2025: Omg I've eaten in here for years in Dublin Kilkenny etc this was worst service and food tbh food lyingng in the shoot for ages asian girl very nice in fairness kept taking orders not bagging up food while 5 lads in the back looking at her I don't complain tbh but lads come get your house in order simples and my my food was cold and there's more salt ce than taco mince which is disappointing
