03/10/2025: Not long after a collection order, family Thursday deal, wings, burger, garlic bread with cheese, baguette with chips and a drink. Service was spot on from phone order to collection, friendly staff and a nice girl even opened the door when I was leaving. The food was absolutely banging, if Mr Donatello himself walked in the door and asked what could be done better I genuinely wouldn't have an answer, absolutely not one fault could be found with any of the food, from one chef to another 👏👏👏👏👏👏 keep her lit

06/09/2025: Who ever was on shift tonight (5th September) hats off to the cooks. Tonight's baguette was the nicest baguette i have had from donatellos in a long time. Ingredients all tasted so fresh and ratios of toppings in baguette was perfect. Absolutely beautiful, hopefuly high standard keeps up 👏🙏

10/09/2025: Driver went to the wrong house. When I rang I was told I had to pay again to get it delivered after waiting an hour already for my food. Terrible service

24/09/2025: Disgusting and Disgraceful………how these people can get away with advertising themselves as a fish and chip shop……the fish was so tough I thought of bringing it home to make a school shoes for me kid…..the chips were dry and tasteless…….oh never again…..I wouldn’t walk past this excuse for a chipper……let alone eat from it………….stay away…..you’ve been warned

05/09/2025: Ordered a steak wrap last night in douglas branch, about x2 strips of steak, more of a lettuce wrap really, not good value for money at all. Same thing happend before with a chicken wrap even orderd double! Both in take away experiences. I wont be going again! As its a waste of time and money. Still hungry.

02/10/2025: Turners cross Cork-Some of the drive thru staff have little English and get the order wrong all the time .Rude staff food manky and kitchen worker couldnt even make a McChicken sandwich properly overall avoid this place

12/10/2025: Wanted to order a simple spice box and eat inside as it was cold outside and they wouldn’t even allow it. Surely just put it on a plate a serve it. Having a dine in and takeaway menu is ridiculous and makes it all too confusing.

22/08/2025: Exactly what you want for a late night, post-pub recovery mission. The guys even threw in some complementary chips when I only ordered the fish. Had to chuckle at the leftover covid measures that were still up on the counter.

27/09/2025: I waited 15 minutes for my order, it was only a cheese toast, I can understand everything, but waiting 15 minutes for toast is a very long time, I went up to them several times and asked where my order was, and it turned out that they hadn’t even prepared it, and only after I asked about the order, they started preparing it.

08/10/2025: Came in during the evening and the girl serving me was lovely, great customer service and a smile on her face throughout the queue. Some people were looking for jobs and she was very accommodating. Have been here multiple times and I’ll continue to come back.

31/08/2025: Half a poorly painted door, but since it looks like a door with its frame around it, it seems quite old, and because I like antiques, that's why I gave it 4 stars. The other day I passed by and saw everything repainted. I looked inside, everything was modern. They did a major cleaning here, and I can tell you for the better. It's a shame the kids have turned this place into a dump. There's no respect, they talk loudly, burgers fly from one side to the other. Anyway, the employees and the owner must be having a hard time. I decided to raise my rating here. Did you know that McDonald's has some of the best training in the business world? At least it did, and I think it still does. What goes on here isn't the fault of the workers or even the owner, because those who like burgers, which isn't my case, are served very well here, with politeness and organization. 23/09/2025: Dinos douglas has gone to the bin! Ever since the Irish girl Sarah left the chipper, the food quality has been horrendous. The asian lady working at the store makes the worst food, it’s definitely not fresh and you could just tell that the fish, chicken and dips are stale. The quality that dinos has in other stores like Grange and Turners cross is nowhere near compared to the likes of the Douglas store. The food used to be nice but ever since the asian lady has been making the food, it has been unhygienic, dirty and will definitely give someone food poisoning. Douglas dinos is really really awful now and should be avoided at all costs.

08/06/2025: Go to place for good pizza. They have amazing options of pizza and you can customize your pizzas as well. You should order double deal pizza which has 2 large pizza at a stealing price. Good for a big gathering party.
