24/10/2024: I just ordered through Ubereats a cheeseburger with no pickles and no onion, I add fries, a coke, and a cheese sauce. What I received, only a cheeseburger with pickles and onion.

31/08/2024: We really enjoyed our time at rockets this evening from the amazing food to the service it couldn’t have been better. The lady who served us with curly hair and glasses was very kind and friendly and made very nice recommendations. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything more throughout.

14/10/2024: WENT TO KFC WEST END RETAIL PARK. THE PREMISES IS TOO SMALL EVERYONE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. Had to order on the touch screen..Navigating is a pain in the butt..Cannot go upto the counter like the old days.. Ordered Zinger rice box..got an origional instead. Ordered 2 regular fries...Gave me one large fries instead and they thought that was sufficent... Then my bank card wouldnt work so my wife had to pay..my card works fine... Look im sure the staff are trying...no irish staff as they are to lazy to work so i respect the workers for trying but improvements must be made...

10/10/2024: Absolutely disappointed. Ordered a meal box and only got a burger and old chips (burnt and cold). No chicken piece and no cold drink. Will not be going back.

09/11/2024: Awful food, paid €15.95 for the mom’s chicken 5 strip meal and couldn’t eat it after a few bites. Waiting 15 mins, watched the workers touching all surfaces including their shoes with same gloved hands they touched food with, watched them re-fry the chips that they eventually served us - so just soaked in oil, chicken was seasoned with shop-bought herb mix and the gravy was like some kind of goo. Staff moved at a snails pace and 2 people ahead of us had to give their food back as one was given bread with mould on it (supposedly) and the other was given cold food after waiting 15 mins also. Really concerning place to eat in would never go back due to the lack of food safety standards alone

27/10/2024: This place's pizzas are a beauty to behold. Excellent base and sauce, fresh toppings. For a chipper/hole in the wall spot (no offence, I say this with the utmost respect) it's pizza is outstanding. Their chips are good but definitely a side show to the main event pizza they have. Quattri carne especially.

23/10/2024: Ordered a fresh cod and chips . Got it home it was most certainly NOT fresh cod . And as for the chips absolutel muck . Would definitely not recommend this chipper to anyone . Very bad in this day and age the prices they charge for Rubbish food .

04/06/2024: I waited for 20 mins for 2 burgers (Take away ) the burger pattys were uncooked, ended up spitting my food out.

28/07/2024: Ordered kebab, it smelled like hot garbage (i swear this is not an exaggeration) and the food was SOOO bland i doubt there was even salt. 2 bites then garbage where it belongs.

22/07/2024: Very poor taco fries here recently. I arrived to collect my order and they had not noticed it on the system. They asked me to wait 5 minutes which I did. At the same time some customers ordered taco fries. When I got the order home the portion of taco fries was laughable for over 10 euro. Very few fries and pretty much just covered in sauce. Would not recommend here. Very bad experience

29/10/2024: Justyna is horrible staff. She’s known to drivers and customers to be unreasonably unpleasant. Absolute horror place to collect food from. The staff just ignore you even though your order is sitting right there and they could take out 5 seconds just to hand it to you. Justyna is the absolute worst for this. She’ll look you dead in the eye and ignore you only to go hand you the bag you’ve been asking for 5 minutes later. The place was near dead quiet (Tuesday morning) and she still managed to somehow delay things. I’d avoid this McDonalds if collecting food

18/10/2024: Dirty and slow.. not enough staff to prepare food or clear tables/sweep floors. Manager poorly presented, chewing gum and his shirt looking like it needed a good wash and iron. Was supposed to be a takeaway but kids were so hungry after waiting so long we had to clear tables ourselves to sit in.
