19/01/2026: Always loved this place. Used to be renowned for very generous portions of chips. It seems to have changed owners/staff in last year. What's the issue? Its a potato. Got a snack I box. Tiny amount of chips compared to before. Lukewarm. Staff are fairly cheerless too. Total shame because standard of chicken and chips is usually intact. Price increase now too.€8.50 for a snackbox???I can remember when it was€5.60. Its just greed. People aren't stupid. They think with their feet. Total shame

14/03/2026: Ordered a delivery, it was going to take 20-30 mins for food too arrive from fast food place 5 mins away. That was bad enough then time starts to continuously updae. The staff seem to think they are working for a Michelin star restaurant as we waited just under an hour for a happy meal and chicken nuggets! First and last order thankfully.
17/02/2026: Dont order food from mc donalds lucan because they miss certain food items and when we call to inform them , they dont answer at all

28/02/2026: Food isn't good. Ordered spicy tenders and they were not spicy and very dry. Chips weren't nice. Drink cups come with no lid when dining in which makes it hard to walk with them to tables. Very overpriced.

24/10/2024: I just ordered through Ubereats a cheeseburger with no pickles and no onion, I add fries, a coke, and a cheese sauce. What I received, only a cheeseburger with pickles and onion.
31/08/2024: We really enjoyed our time at rockets this evening from the amazing food to the service it couldn’t have been better. The lady who served us with curly hair and glasses was very kind and friendly and made very nice recommendations. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything more throughout.

28/07/2024: Ordered kebab, it smelled like hot garbage (i swear this is not an exaggeration) and the food was SOOO bland i doubt there was even salt. 2 bites then garbage where it belongs.
22/07/2024: Very poor taco fries here recently. I arrived to collect my order and they had not noticed it on the system. They asked me to wait 5 minutes which I did. At the same time some customers ordered taco fries.
When I got the order home the portion of taco fries was laughable for over 10 euro. Very few fries and pretty much just covered in sauce. Would not recommend here. Very bad experience
