Got food poisoning from chicken we believe, violently sick. Won’t be going again.

10/01/2024: The staff where not very nice . All hanging around over the counter. Had to go get our own menu. The tea was giving in paper cups to us where there was others with proper cups Disposable Knife some folks.all the staff on there phones or chatting about how tired they all where
22/12/2023: So came in to get a meal 1st then i realised the waitress was on whats app, so i ordered just a burger to go, food gets cooked, she is still texting away :) poor service

04/04/2024: Disgusting. The man was cleaning gunk off the top of a machine then went directly over to the fryers to work with the food.
12/03/2024: Best chipper in the area. Also a side note, great pizzas, burgers, & kebabs (for a chipper). Staff is always nice and friendly, and place is well kept and clean. Love it. Yes it's the classic chipper fare but it's very good for it's class of takeaway.

01/04/2024: I (a woman) entered on Easter evening 2024, was waiting in line for my food with my friends who were all male, and the man working on the door started making comments to my friends saying “you’d think she’d be cooking your food for you” and gesturing at me to cook, and when I confronted him about this, he told me that it was because I was a woman, I left immediately and will not be returning, wow burger lost business of me and my four friends that evening because of that man and his comments
30/03/2024: Waited over an hour for an order that they couldn’t find. Staff were no help at all. Asked twice if the order was nearly ready and was told it was being made. After an hour we were told they didn’t have it. AVOID
Edit: they asked me to email the details and then never replied. All their google responses are for show

14/04/2024: Came at 12 on a Sunday, food was piping hot and came fast enough and the staff are friendly and attentive, can't complain really !!!
09/04/2024: Awful food, cold and disappointing. Maybe this is KFC in Ireland but I hope not. I left it in the bin.

17/04/2024: The good about this place: the pizzas are pretty good, especially for a place that stays open mad late. Their calzone has long been a go to option when I get home late and can't be bothered cooking.
The bad: don't order anything else other than a pizza. I ordered a philly cheesesteak sandwich just to try something different one time and it was sincerely one of the worst things I have ever received from any take away. Trash tier would be too complimentary for it

04/04/2024: Got 2 cheeseburger meals and onion rings and drinks 35 euro That would be ok if you could eat the butgers.The meat was so bad I complained to manager and all I got was a smile and a look.
29/11/2023: Substandard yet expensive food, not as advertised also. Fries were once delish and ridged, but they've switched to a typical greasy cheaper chip - very disappointing.
Hotdog tasted ok but the bun was flat and pancake-like. Veg burger was quite small.
Server didn't seem to know what to do in general and thought it ok to restock the condiments around my fresh tray of food while I filled my cups.
UPDATE: very fast to reply via google reviews but why haven't I received a response yet?
Very quick response publicly clearly for PR reasons.
