07/03/2024: Despite a 20 minute preparation time I was served some of the driest (if not The driest) and most tasteless burgers I've ever had. On the other hand, the fries were among the soggiest I've had. All served in a stressful environment dominated by drunk teenage groups and constant, stressed announcements.

28/03/2024: The food took an hour to arrive,when it arrived it was the wrong order,things missing and it was stone cold.Don’t bother with them used to be good not anymore unfortunately,keep your money.

05/03/2024: Service from Josh was 10/10 although he had accidentally charged 5€ too much (which is an understandable mistake as I was using the app) to my suprise the manager beraded Josh infront of myself and other customers for this, this type of behavior undoubtedly made myself and others feel uncomfortable and as if we were in a hostile environment I can only imagine how Josh and other staff feel working with her! Food was lovely and made very quickly. Manager was polite to me when I asked for sauce but to be a manger you need to be polite to staff and customers alike. Fantastic service from Josh who handled the situation well.

31/01/2024: awful experience to say the least. my dad who is an immigrant has trouble with english sometimes bc it’s his second language. he was trying to order a burger deal and asked if he could get the chicken substituted to beef. the lady who was takin our order was so incredibly rude, was rolling her eyes, making faces and proceeded to say “can u read”. i was literally apauled. she was so so disrespectful and rude. i asked to another worker who the manager was so i could complain but the lady who took our order was the manager.

21/03/2024: I was hungry after visiting the art museum, and this store was a good place to get some quick fixes. Spicy fried rice and 3-in-1 (chicken nuggets, noodles) were delicious😋👍🏻 I think it's value for money at €16 for both menus.

20/12/2023: Wasn’t great , about 7 chips in the bag, never even asked if I wanted salt and vinegar. Chips are similar to Chinese style chips, I went the hamburger bar after and threw your ‘bag’ of chips in the bin 😂

03/04/2024: The most disturbing and disgusting McDonalds experience we’ve ever had. The first Mcrestaurant where we aren’t allowed to have a glimpse at the making of the food as all of that section is hidden from us. The floor is dirty, the toilets are somewhere in the attic, you have to climb a lot of stairs and get a clausrophobic feeling while doing so. The food we received smelled rotten. Avoid this place at any cost if you can!!!

05/01/2024: Absolutely diabolical fried cod again. I don't know what's gone wrong there but obviously they reheat the cod and the batter is thick and dried. I complained to a guy there and he said it's always done the same way. Not so, but I won't be back again
