07/06/2025: Never had any issues any times I had ordered food. I highly recommend all their products but above everything else, their gravy is delicious.

02/06/2025: I ordered a burger here for €7, and honestly, it was very disappointing. The burger was soggy, and there was barely any sauce, which made it dry and tasteless. On top of that, the lady who took my order seemed completely uninterested and unbothered. Her attitude made the experience even worse. I won’t be coming back — the food and the staff’s behavior were both below expectations.

08/06/2025: We order chicken rice and it is littlely white rice, chicken and soya sauce, no vegetales of eggs. The rice is in clups, not nice at all

08/07/2025: The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in, upstairs bins overflowing tables filthy and not cleared off , no one clearing tables floor was covered in food and dirt and empty bags etc. threw in ground beside bins as they were overflowing, downstairs not much better, waiting 15 minutes for food @mcdonalds Grafton Street dublin

15/05/2025: Asked for chicken burger, After waiting at least 15 min and very hungry I Was given another man’s double cheeseburger and he was given my order which he already started eating. When I got my order back it was wrong, I received a chicken breast sandwich when I ordered a chicken burger. Guy behind the till tried to tell me this is a chicken burger then the manager says we don’t do chicken burger here, seems to have a limited menu. I specifically ask for what I want in every supermacs if you don’t have what I’m asking for don’t serve me something else and think I won’t notice and if you are gonna try do that at least give the correct order to the correct person They refunded but I left hungry

05/07/2025: Update: this used to be the best chipper on the southside but they've increased their prices substantially and their food quality has gone down. Delivery charges up by 50c and garlic chips up by 40c. I cannot describe what I received as garlic chips - it was a coagulated mess of greasy re-heated chips mostly bits from the bottom of the fryer with a dollop of greasy bottled garlic sauce. Maybe they're under new management and this is a cost cutting measure. Kebabs are now 70% lettuce with very little meat. I hope the seagulls like it. Inedible. Food always hot and freshly cooked. Good value and delivery is quite fast.

02/06/2025: Not sure what the staff’s problem was, but I called at 4:49 today to place an order for collection. The guy who answered sounded like he didn’t want to be there. I started giving my order item by item, but he stayed completely silent — it felt like I was talking to empty air. I asked, “Sorry, did you get that?” and he just snapped, “YES,” in a really rude tone. I then asked him to repeat the order, because from my own experience working in restaurants, I had a feeling he’d gotten something wrong — and sure enough, he had missed an item. Before I could even ask to pay, he hung up. I called back and was told to just pay on collection, even though I’ve always paid over the phone (usually with the friendly girl who works there), as my housemate usually goes to collect it. At that point, he called out “Christy!” — presumably his colleague — and I just hung up before he came back on the line. If you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to leave. Hey Capri owner(s), it might be worth checking in on what’s happening with your staff/standards. Based on recent reviews and experiences like this, you’re at risk of losing loyal customers.

28/07/2024: Ordered kebab, it smelled like hot garbage (i swear this is not an exaggeration) and the food was SOOO bland i doubt there was even salt. 2 bites then garbage where it belongs.

22/07/2024: Very poor taco fries here recently. I arrived to collect my order and they had not noticed it on the system. They asked me to wait 5 minutes which I did. At the same time some customers ordered taco fries. When I got the order home the portion of taco fries was laughable for over 10 euro. Very few fries and pretty much just covered in sauce. Would not recommend here. Very bad experience

19/05/2025: Peak efficiency. I was served within 2 mins on my last 8 visits to burger king. The staff quality is miles away ahead compared to other Fast Foods.

16/05/2025: I went to burger king today with my family. We had 1 medium whopper meal with cheesy jalapeno fries with a sprite. 1 medium chicken bacon burger meal with an americano and 1 kids meal with an orange juice. It was euro 30.10. I thought it was expensive for fast food. The fries with the meals were tiny too. I've noticed I er the past few years that fast food is packaged to look cheap but in reality it's not. Like so many food places these days the value for money just isn't there. If I was to guess I'd say it costs burger king 3 euro to make a meal and they are charging 11 or 12 euro for it. Good for them if they can get it. I'm not going to be a customer any longer. Also the girl behind the counter today handing out the orders wasn't the most pleasant.

24/10/2024: I just ordered through Ubereats a cheeseburger with no pickles and no onion, I add fries, a coke, and a cheese sauce. What I received, only a cheeseburger with pickles and onion.

31/08/2024: We really enjoyed our time at rockets this evening from the amazing food to the service it couldn’t have been better. The lady who served us with curly hair and glasses was very kind and friendly and made very nice recommendations. She went out of her way to check on us to see if we needed anything more throughout.

15/07/2025: I know 5 across the board seems to good to be true but listen the times me and my partner came to this place it’s always been a pleasant experience, staff are always very kind and welcoming, food is always tasty leaving you full, drinks are refillable and the vibe inside is great the seating is comfy can’t go wrong, now given We’ve only ever been when it hasn’t been packed but there is enough space you won’t feel claustrophobic if you do dine in on a busy day, and location is great right by the harbour and a short walk to an ice cream stall

21/12/2024: These pizzas are absolutely amazing. It really is in my top 3 in Dublin. The other night I also ordered their chicken panini. OH MY GOD.!

18/12/2024: I've just had a smoked cod and chips from Green Italia in Rathmines, I must say the chips were fresh and cooked perfectly, the smoked cod, which was really large was cooked perfectly as well,staff were very friendly and talkative, which is always a good thing, a nice touch with the free garlic sauce, there was one downside which was the six very large bones that I pulled from the cod at different intervals, smoked cod has been a staple offering in Dublins many Italian takeaways for the last fifty years and more, I have never had bones before in a chipshop takeaway, cod needs to be filleted very well due to some very large and sharp bones within, it might be an idea to have a word with whoever is doing the filleting for you, as I said earlier, the fish and chips were perfect, but, when you have to watch every mouthful you take,it does take away from an otherwise really good experience 😋noticed that the owner doesn't answer reviews, never a good sign ,will think carefully about going there again, it's never good when you don't listen to your customers,think about it, your customers are what keeps you in business,!!!

22/06/2025: Ordered an ice caramel frappe and got given a cup of ice and cream and a drop of coffee and when I asked I was told this is how it’s supposed to be 🫠
