17/03/2026: Excellent food. The portion size is very good and 10.95€ is a good price in my opinion. It gives a very authentic style eith mexican lemonade etc. I had the burrito and the enchiladas both was great. And I don't see a problem if one salsa and one type of beans is run out at 7pm that can happen everywhere.

30/01/2026: Ordered a chicken box meal at 19.15 pm aprox, got it 5 minutes later walhed home , which toik 7 or 8 minutes,
The fries and the milk shake both good the chicken was disgusting, absolute rubbish, was cooked hours beforehand, and kept hot under lights, threw it in the trash, 14.10 euro fir a med milkshake and fries . Total rip off, i work in catering so i think i know when something is good or not, absoluy muck, avoid this place.

01/02/2026: Too many chips which were soggy and tasteless. They overdid the covering of the cod. I went there a few years ago and was disappointed and nothing has changed.
03/11/2025: A very tasty burger and chips. Reasonably priced and fairly generous portions. Would recommend.

11/03/2026: Best fish and chippie in Sligo. AMAZING service. We turned up in Sligolate after our accommodation was cancelled on us, we were hungry and tired from a day of travel. it was dark and raining and we got a fabulous feed and the owner more than accommodating and helped us find accommodation and transport to it. They saved us from a night on the street

03/12/2025: Absolute worst, undercooked fish, overcooked chicken , frozen chips . I ordered and paid for a bottle of coke and when I got there was told we don't do bottles only cans with a shrug . Avoid . Dont k ow how they don't have a 1 star rating. - stars if possible.
12/09/2025: I'v just had fish and chips to eat in the pub. I would recommend the little chip sligo to anybody the food was delicious we will definitely be back next time we are in Sligo
