02/10/2024: I have been a client since they first opened in Swords years ago and unfortunately I don’t think I will order again. While I understand prices are reviewed from time to time, it has now become very expensive for a takeaway. My last order came to 27 euros for a starter and a main. Firstly, I got the gyoza for starter and was a bit surprised to get 5 pieces instead of the 6 announced on the website. My beef main was close to 16 euros… add to that 4 euros mandatory delivery charge as you can’t pick up from Rush anymore and a cheeky 50 cents « processing » fee ( please explain what costs is that even covering). It should be called « taking the mickey » fee in my view. I also find the food quality has gone down significantly, the beef in my dish the last time tasted a bit weird and was quite chewy.

27/08/2024: Ordered food here for the second time in a row and had problems after given them the benefit of the doubt the first time , I ordered a completely plain kebab and kebab came with everything on it . When I rang to ask for my kebab to be fixed the manager came on the phone shouting at me and constantly speaking over me , it’s not the first time also the kebab bread is like cardboard she told me why should I throw out the kebab and loose out on 9€? Shouting over me constantly and wouldn’t even let me speak and get my point across of what the problem was, very rude female manager and her attitude on how she speaks to customers, I sent hole order back I’ll never go here again the food isn’t even nice half the time it’s burnt and hard instead of been helpful she roared down the phone at me , very poor customer service .

28/01/2025: Food has gradually got worse here,gave a reviews 3 years ago and it was quite good food,now its just absolutely diabolical,and the speed of the service is beyond a joke,avoid When you ask for plenty of vinegar they look at you as if you've 2 bloody heads,the price to order on their app has gone up from .50 to .80 cents not much,think again its 60%

13/12/2024: Ordered at 7pm not busy told ready in ten minutes Is there any actually manager in charge as there is no excuse to allow food to be sold like this. I didn't pay for a burnt burger, burnt bun and half and onion in a,hamburger.Very disappointed Definitely the last time we order from Little chip Inn Rush

01/01/2025: They used to listen to exactly what you want. Always ordered spicy noodles and they were always spicy. Now I dont know what has happened, chef changed or what, I tell them extra extra extra spicy to emphasize on it but its not even close to spicy. The call assistant doesn’t even listen properly when I tell her how it wasnt spicy the last time. Really dissatisfied now. Used to be always fresh. Now have to tell them again and again to please make it fresh. Really dissapointed
