The best restaurantsof french in Galway

09/10/2025: I’ve been to this café a few times before and usually liked it, but my last visit was honestly awful. The manager Raju was shouting at the staff in front of everyone, and it completely ruined the atmosphere. The staff looked really upset, and us customers were just sitting there awkwardly looking at each other. It was really uncomfortable and unprofessional — no one should be treated like that. I won’t be coming back until I hear back from the management that they have done something of the matter.

09/10/2025: I had such a terrible experience here due to the behaviour of the manager, I believe his name is Raju. Our waitress was lovely but there was a mistake with the order which was completely our own fault as we miscommunicated it. The atmosphere completely shifted and we could tell the waitresses were stressed. The manager proceeded to scold the members of staff in front of the entire cafe! It was so awkward and awful to sit through. This is such a shame as it is a lovely cafe and the food is great. But the managers behaviour was disgraceful and I felt terrible for the girls. It made myself and my friends wonder how angry he gets when there are no customers. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to support a business that treats its staff very unfairly.
