30/04/2025: Food is absoulty amazing ive dined in and got take away numerous times and ive never been let down by the meal last night we got a take away and when we went to collect it we had to wait a few mins which was no issue at all as the restraunt was busy and they had a lot of take away orders being collected too i would highly recommend nokshi and i always tell people to go try it

30/04/2025: We visited this restaurant on Saturday for a meal we won as a Christmas prize. Having been to this restaurant many times when I lived in Loughrea town, it was always one of my favorites. Although I hadn't been there in quite a while since moving out of town, I was thrilled to find that it still exceeds expectations!
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our meal. Each course was a delight, with mouth-watering flavors that left us craving more. The ambiance was perfect, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. This restaurant is an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience!

06/05/2025: We visited the restaurant one evening with family, but no staff appeared to greet us upon arrival. While the food was acceptable, the overall experience was uncomfortable due to the unfriendly atmosphere. Given this, we won’t be returning.
26/04/2025: We have been going to Santoor for many years and it never disappoints. Very polite friendly and generous service. The food is amazing and tasty no matter what you get.

08/05/2025: We were looking for a restaurant before visiting Portumna Castle. The place seemed closed to us, as there was no one there, but the welcome was friendly. The menu is extensive, but we had chosen a simple but more than sufficient meal for our lunch break.

Butter chicken is the best! Nan can be great one night, stale the next. Always like the atmosphere here. Go on quiet nights, you'll have a wonderful night out! However, beware the busy nights: they are nearly always under-staffed and you'll wait a long time for takeouts with your food then lukewarm. Floor service suffers too on busy nights.
I know some (more knowledgeable) Indian customers have complained about the food but we've always been very happy with the Biryani and the Butter Chicken and we go there about once a month.
Btw, the manager could do with handling complaints a bit better.
21/04/2025: The chef lacks expertise in preparing Indian cuisine, and the waitstaff is equally uninformed, displaying arrogance when politely questioned. Notably, the chef confused Paneer Butter Masala with Paneer Tikka Masala, and both the chef and waiter insisted that Paneer Tikka Masala should be sweet, even adding sugar to the dish. Their misunderstanding of basic Indian dishes is astonishing. Paneer Tikka Masala should have a spicy kick (adjustable to taste) with grilled paneer pieces. Instead, we were served a creamy, sweet, orange liquid with soft paneer. My son humorously remarked that he’d need to eat the dish prepared correctly at least 50 times to erase the memory of this culinary disaster.

26/04/2025: I ordered a large amount of food 100euro in Just eat for delivery for a Party there were alot of dishes and they delivered it to me in 40minutes the food was warm and tased fresh and delicious I would order at there place again
17/03/2025: I love currys. It's my go to take Way. This place is rotten. Dirty and smelly inside. Food was yuk. I could not eat my chicken balti the chicken was not fresh. The onion bargee were stale and the nam bread was undercooked. Never again will I step foot here.
I'm sorry to give such a bad review but its honest.
