03/01/2026: Truly amazing food, highly recommend the chicken butter (tourist friendly), Aloo Keema and chicken Biryani. Careful accepting sides because they are charged extra. This would’ve been 5 stars, but we waited 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive.

19/12/2025: Our experience at Bombay Palace was very disappointing. On our first night, we had to order takeout due to an emergency. The next night, when we returned, the staff told us we could only sit if we were ordering a full meal. When we tried to order starters for one person, they refused and insisted we order a main course if we are dining in. The manager/owner then spoke to us in Hindi in an offensive manner, despite no such rules being mentioned on the menu. We ended up paying a tip equal to our bill. As a Canadian who has traveled widely, I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

06/09/2025: Ordered the food took my money and never got it and still have not gotten a refund
05/08/2025: Ordered chicken and lamb sheek kebab in June 2025.
Lamb sheek was like apsara rubber. Chicken pieces were like seashore pebbles.
Naan bread was like an elastic sheet. Total waste of money and health. Won’t go again
