05/02/2024: If I could give more stars, I would. We are on holiday touring through Ireland and have had some great meals but this is by far the best and the one I'll remember years from now. Everything we ate (grilled salmon, smoked salmon, soup) was Michelin-star quality.

26/08/2023: The cake is very tasty, I can especially recommend the orange cake, the carrot cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but also delicious.
26/08/2023: Went to visit yesterday and had coffee and cake. I thought the 75 cent surcharge for oat milk was a bit much, but the coffee was very tasty and the cakes were also really good. You can sit nicely inside.
We'll definitely be back today :)

09/03/2024: Food was nice enough, floor staff were awful, decorated scruffy, spilt a drink by accident and was given a small amount of napkins to clean up, and asked for more and was given a tiny amount of blue roll. Very shocked that one of the staff couldn’t just come and sort it out considering there was a lot of them working and didn’t seem that busy. Not much common courtesy considering we had a ten month old baby to sort out. Nothing was really worth the price to be honest I’ll not be back
27/01/2024: Good atmosphere, great staff, however food was slightly disappointing. Salmon was overcooked and the salad was undressed and did not fit in with the rest of the dish. The sauce was lovely which helped to cover the dry fish. Overall it wasn't too bad.

30/12/2023: I had great time here and loved the service and the portions. We were allowed to have entertainment without encroaching on the other patrons. I loved the atmosphere too. It is fun for all the family.
29/12/2023: We had dinner here this evening & it was absolutely amazing! We hadn't booked a table but Padraig looked after us from start to finish! Pleasant staff,quick service & fab food. We'll def be back. Keep up the good work Padraig & staff ,from your Mayo diners !!!!

06/05/2024: Having read other reviews we expected a lot from here.
The food we ordered was not good. I ordered the special, beef and guinness pie, and it was actually just beef stew and boiled potatoes on the side. It was depressing. The batter on the fish was tasteless and an unusual consistency.
Staff were nice. And it’s a cosy spot for a drink.

01/09/2023: Had the Brazilian moqueqa prawns, mussels, hake in a rich creamy sauce with rice, and my wife has the hake cooked in garlic butter with confit potatoes . They were absolutely delicious. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

31/03/2024: We had a really lovely time here for a wedding, the Ocean Suite is beautiful when the sun comes out.
27/03/2024: Lovely comfortable room and fabulous food in the restaurant in the evening. We also enjoyed the breakfasts and looking at the view of the Lough.
Husband had a round of golf, and I had a relaxing facial & head massage at the spa. Great location & and we hope to be back one day soon. Staff were great.

07/01/2024: I ate in the Lagoon Restaurant a few times but haven't availed of any of the rooms, so I can't comment on that. The restaurant serves traditional food which is of a high quality. Service is fast and friendly too.
They also have a 'pizza hut' and a small convenience store on site if you need to pick up a few essentials as you're passing through.
I would recommend a visit here.
