27/07/2025: The Peacock Pub and Restaurant in Rivervalley, Swords. The pub was completely demolished and rebuilt in 2008 to reopen as The Peacock Pub/Restaurant. The restaurant quickly gained a reputation for excellent cuisine, served at any time of day or night. The pub is equally divided between the bar and lounge. The food is good, with a good variety of dishes. The atmosphere is typical of an Irish pub. The only drawback is that the service is a bit slow.

01/07/2025: There is one golden rule when travelling: you eat where locals eat. It never fails. Courtyard Café has well-earned the straight five stars in its reviews: on the spot made food and snacks, great coffee and friendly atmosphere. So, do not hesitate and go to visit Sligo and, when there, go to Courtyard Café or viceversa.

14/06/2025: Courtyard Cafe is a lovely little spot with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I spent about €14 on a flat white and a homemade sandwich, both of which were fresh and tasty. The café has a bright, airy feel with plenty of natural light, making it a great place to sit and unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, adding to the comfortable vibe. It’s a perfect spot for a casual catch-up or some quiet time with good food and coffee.

12/08/2025: My girlfriend visited GFP Swords for the first time having previously been to the one in Santry. We were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious, apart from the squid, which was somewhat tasteless. But the other dishes, including the desserts we ordered were exquisite. The service was top notch, especially from whom I assume to be the manager. The place was quiet, which is exactly what we like, and the old-school music made the place feel even homier. We are already looking to go back, but unfortunately it only opens for dinners on Fridays and Saturdays..

20/07/2025: We went there on Saturday for breakfast, the food came cold, the avocado tasted spoiled. We wanted to alert the attendant so that it could be checked, she either apologized or went to check in the kitchen, anyway, we won't be back.Very bady experience .

19/12/2024: We had our Christmas party for the 3rd time there! Food was good as always, but the music wasn't as good as previous years, and one of the bartenders had a bit of an attitude at some point! Overall it was a good experience, and we are looking forward to finding out what's coming next year! P.S.: Ruaidhri was there for us every year for our Christmas parties, making sure that we are having the best experience, so we do hope that we will see him there again in the new wrights adventure!

06/08/2025: Staff are really nice. The food is ok, the sauces aren't good they need to change the recipe. There was 6 of us and nobody liked the sauces we got. The food itself is nice

06/08/2025: The food was delicious, with good portions that come with generous sides. I recommend trying the platter of bones because you get a bit of everything. The staff was also great, very friendly, and the atmosphere is super relaxed. Perfect for eating out with friends or family. Definitely a go-to spot 🙌🏻
