09/02/2025: Today I went here with my family, ordered a large quantity of food and drinks Order not completed fully, items missing, Caramel frapppes had no caramel Double quarter pounder was missing from the order when it came to the table. Had to ask for it as it wasn't noticed by the server. I noticed when I was eating the chips that some of them were not fully cooked, in fact one of the chips still had an end that was ice cold to the touch, it was never even submerged in the oil. I called over a memeber of their staff, and informed him that they were serving raw chips. He just took them and threw them in the bin, he told me that they were not in long enough that's all. He offered me a refund or replacement, I told him I didn't want it. I asked for a manager, there was not one on site. I asked for a shift supervisor, there was not one on site, I asked him, did he understand how dangerous it is to serve raw chips he just said yeah. A stick would of had more enthusiasm, Then he just walked away, I fired the chip into the middle of the table and didn't eat them, I went through my daughters and Mrs chips and found a heap of them. You better hope no one gets sick!!!!!! Get your kitchen in order!! this incident will be reported Paying for food to be cooked and the staff can't even identify that it's not properly cooked. Mandatory training needed !!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!!!! ITS FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY !!!!!!! CLEARLY CLUELESS A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT DOESN'T SORT OUT YOUR ASS FALLEN OUT OF YOU FOR DAYS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, YOU CAN CLAIM THE FULL EXPENSE OF TRAINING BACK, IT'S PRACTICALLY FREE, ITS NOT THE STAFFS FAULT THERE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED, IT'S THE OWNERS AND MANAGEMENTS FAULT, AND THEN TO LEAVE THEM UNSUPERVISED.
