17/05/2025: The food in this establishment was absolutely first class..! I cannot stress enough how lush our meals were…! The portion sizes were huge as well…!
The service from the girl’s working here were excellent… they were very professional… friendly and very efficient…! They did not stop the full time we were here…! There was a lovely friendly atmosphere within… all of the staff were very busy but very friendly…! The location is absolutely perfect… the waiting time for being seated and for bringing our meals was class… we didn’t wait at all to be seated… the staff who seated us was very helpful as to where they seated us as I am on walking crutches… nothing was a bother to anyone working here…! Brilliant value for money as the portion sizes were huge and all round the food was exceptional…! I would definitely return here again…!

I had a 5/5 review on this spot for a few weeks till I returned last week.
So so disappointed. 0-5 now!!!

Partner asked for Caesar salad and....Lettuce turning brown......
I asked for Boneless Wings....
Big Lettuce STEM in the middle with no sauces. I seemingly should beg for them. Lettuce STEM can't be cleaned......
Soooo, in all....I will avoid as much as I can. I even emailed my complaint and heard nothing soo....
I've told you my experience so it's all up to you folks. I'll NEVER eat here again. TERRIBLE.
07/05/2025: I have eaten a few times here and the food has been wonderful.
Today lunch was an awful let down for both myself and my friend. She left most of hers and didn't eat it
Most of the menu offerd deep fried food. So I chose the crispy halloumi salad as a main course.
The salad leaves where hard, crunchy and not appetizing. The halloumi was deep fried. Chicken where cheap chicken lumps. The whole meal was not what I accepted from there previous high quality.🙁

11/11/2024: The live music was incredibly good: I've paid for worse concerts and this one was free and with great musicians and singers. The waiter's attention was perfect.
I didn't eat there, just a beer and a couple of soft drinks... But everything looked good, apparently you should eat well.

26/04/2025: Woman who brought down our meals was incredibly rude. Not a smile, not a nod of the head after thanking her. The lettuce on the burger was the worst i ever tasted. The burger itself was edible, just about. Got chips with it and the taste off them would put me off ever coming back to this place again. Probably a good spot to get petrol or use the toilet. Avoid this “Supermacs” anyways.

02/06/2025: Honestly was just the best time. Couldn't say a bad word about it they even brought the food up to the table to us. There's a little slice of heaven up there on ballinasloe main street. Will definitely be back the football on the telly and the tunes were class it was lethal fair play
01/06/2025: For the third time in 2 months I have gotten the wrong order. I ordered a chicken tender meal and received 4 chicken nuggets with cold chips. Last time I received the wrong pizza with cold chips and had to go back in to reorder it.
