07/09/2025: Great hotel with great views and wonderful staff. The beds were very comfy with lots of pillows. The shower had low pressure and the bathroom smelt a bit damp. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, the cooked breakfast was very salty, we only got one small teapot between 2 and the buffet was limited. Would still recommend this hotel.

01/09/2025: We were passing through from Dublin to Connemara and were pleasantly surprised. The check-in staff were very welcoming and friendly, and despite our late arrival, we were able to have dinner in our room. Unfortunately, the very young man at breakfast was completely overwhelmed with our usual requests. Breakfast was nevertheless delicious and plentiful. We highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The beds are great. It seems to be a local hotspot. One photo is from the breakfast room, the other from the balcony the following morning.

The food is very good, with the beef steaks particularly worth mentioning - juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. As a pub, it also delivers: a wide selection of drinks, TVs for catching the game, and friendly, helpful staff who make you feel welcome.
